emerald city smoothie

I usually never write a bad review when it comes to kids just starting off.
I dont know her name but she was a young girl that made my drink on 12/4/25 between 2:30 and 3pm.
I ordered a tropical paradise which is my favorite drink..
Sorry to say but that drink was terrible. Had way more ice than flavor. Asked for a 24oz then upgraded to a 32. Instead of adding lucrative amount of flavor for the 32oz, she just added more ice instead of flavor. She didnt take no pride in customer service whatsoever!
Very bad attitude and I feel she needs more training on how to greet. The young girl doesn't have welcoming energy!
Everything she touches, she slams it down.
I wanted to return my drink but dont like giving workers hard time on top of its not being in my area to do so.
She might not deserve to be fire but definitely needs more training before dealing with customers.
The wrong person may have fired back with the same attitude as she.

Honestly why have I not gone here before?!? The Lean Out with chocolate banana and peanut better and not a sugar bomb like other smoothie places or coffee stands and still delicious. Had a peanut butter and jelly today and I have no idea how healthy it was but damn it was delicious!

This location is advertising one price and charging more to consumers without their knowledge. The young gal with the bad attitude refused to make any adjustments to the price. Although she didn't seem the brightest so there's also that. This a clear violation with the Fair-Trade Commission and I'll be filing a formal complaint. Please be cautious and stay away from this location.

Rude and snobby, always got an attitude from one of the young girls there, everytime. The stores prices are also way off compared to tacoma location. The tacoma location the girls there are always very polite and kind. The crew at this fife store is a bunch of snobby rude young women, definitely makes me not want to go there at all

I come here everyday. They serve me the best quality smoothies, they are friendly, very professional with high quality service. Tania and Ari are always go above and beyond. Providing the best service and the best smoothies I’ve ever had in my life!!!

Haven't been here in a few years till the other day. Ordered the same PB&J as I use to and it's exactly as delicious as always.

I called the Fife location hoping to stop by, but they were already closed. However, I had the absolute pleasure of speaking with Ariana on the phone and she went above and beyond to help me out. She took the time to find nearby locations that were still open, gave me their hours, and even explained the reasoning behind Fife’s earlier closing time due to lower traffic after 6 PM. She also mentioned that Fife opens earlier than any other Emerald City Smoothie, which was helpful info.

I haven’t even visited this location yet, but based purely on the amazing service from Ariana, I’m giving it 5 stars. Super professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. This kind of customer service deserves recognition. Thank you, Ariana!

Was shock to find pieces of plastic blended in with our smoothies. Thought we were gonna enjoy Emerald Smoothie for the first time but was surprised when my tongue felt a sharp scratch, to which I was grabbing plastic out of my mouth. Not sure what you guys placed in there or if something fell in, but definitely need to do a better job at cleaning things out and being more attentive.

Came in yesterday. Amazing smoothies. Great service. Kinda pricey. Overall great experience

Great environment. Employees are hard working and very kind. Favorite girl Ariana is the sweetest and works efficiently! Definitely coming back!! If I could rate this store 10/10 I 100% would.

Total waste of money, and the two girls working there this morning seem to have had an negative attitude, I personally would recommend the emerald city smoothie in Burien, service is good smoothies are always made right!.
