emerald city smoothie

Total waste of money, and the two girls working there this morning seem to have had an negative attitude, I personally would recommend the emerald city smoothie in Burien, service is good smoothies are always made right!.

I ordered online a lean out, selecting both peanut butter and peanut butter natural which both options cost extra. I wanted the extra peanut butter for flavor. After i picked up the smoothie and i had left, the smoothie has little to no flavor. it tastes like watered down peanut butter. Very irritated. Assuming that the staff either didn't follow the ingredient request from my online order OR they just don't care. Either way, this is frustrating as i paid $16 for a CRAP drink!

Update: Changed from 2 star to ONE star. There was freaking PLASTIC IN MY SMOOTIE. SO GROSS!

Smoothie was great but normally I wouldn't care about employees outfits but the woman was wearing basically spandex shorts and a crop top hoodie. . And teenage boys were coming in taking photos of her.

2 time in a row, attendant was lousy making the mix. They are not up to the task. It was waste of money. Too many ice, not grounded enough. Taste no potency. I used to like the way it was made. I am going to avoid going here, period. You are going to lose all the customers this way. Get the old attendant back, or you are going to close the store.

i only came here once but tbh i can't tell the difference between 1 combination of fruits and another combination of fruits. who's to say that all the items on the menu are not just the same combination of fruits.

I hate leaving bad reviews and only doing so in hope ownership or manager actually reads it, so they can be aware of it. I am a customer Who frequently comes here. I absolutely love emerald smoothies when they are made correctly, however There is a serious issue with consistency, and lately especially my last 6 visits sadly have been a waste of money! Even after requesting them to remade. Ech time some however even worse the orginal one made. This last visit the re made one was actually worse than the 1st one completely un drinkable. I dont mind sending more money with the prices being rasied (which may be also due to lack in Consistency) but now is making me no longer want to gamble not knowing weather or not its going to be made right.With summer around the corner I truly look forward to my smoothies working at a dealership, who orders as a group often, and also knowing that others I work with also feel the same. I share this Mainly out of care and respect to the owner❣️ We hope it gets better ?

Terrible employees

Worst smoothie bowl ever! I wouldn’t recommend this place if I was starving!

We went into this location with a large group of people on a day we were doing a scavenger hunt in downtown tacoma. All of our drinks tasted great and the store was very clean. Probably one of the biggest Emerald City buildings I have been in, there was enough space to sit/stand around and wait for the rest of our group to get their drinks. The only thing I would comment on is that there was only 1 person making drinks and she seemed overwhelmed and exhausted. There was a new lady that was taking care of the check out and no one to help her since there was only 2 of them there and the other person was making the drinks, I would recommend someone to be there to train the new person since the person making the drinks didnt have time.... it took a long time to check out.

Stopped in on our way home and got a protein smoothie based on their recommendation. It was great!!

Great place for smoothie

The employees who run this business (Dom and Celeste), are amazing. They have high energy, take a vested interest in creating a good experience and ensuring that the business is always clean and orderly. These two individuals are the type of employees that most businesses desire. I sure hope that they are well taken care of and recognized for all of the work that they are putting in.
