We were waiting for our mobile order for 20 minutes while there was only 2 people ahead of us. People who arrived later than us got their sandwich faster. After waiting for 20-25 minutes in the store listening to one of the employees obnoxiously shouting at her coworkers and some of the customers we finally got our order. Then she had the audacity to ask her coworker if she should give the other customer who came in WAY after us our sandwich since it was the same order. We got fed up and just snatched the bag out of her hands and walked away. NEVER coming back here again.

So I am a huge fan of Jersey mikes , love everything about them from the subs to the merch down to that cherry pepper relish they sell at the counter come here multiple times but every time I seem to get a sub from here I always get this short Asian/mexican guy with longish hair and glasses, you cant miss em attitude always when you order a sub and you ask for any condiments this little guy rolls his eyes, takes a deep breath and acts like you just asked him for money or a favor i love Jersey mikes but something has got to happen with that guy atleast twice a week minimum I work 2 jobs and always stop here to grab food for my second job sucks having to deal with these kind of people. when you are working 17 hrs a day the last thing you want to deal with is a guy being dramatic/lazy unkind food service handler. Love this place but that guy has to be talked to I will edit this when I see him again and add his name to this review

Disappointed, I drove out if my way because of the reviews on this location,to be extremely Disappointed, I ordered 2 sandwiches and both were wrong. Normally, this establishment provides excellent dining experiences. However, today, we encountered a young lady preparing our sandwiches who exhibited poor customer service skills. She demonstrated a lack of interest in both making the sandwiches and listening to our requests as we tried to explain we were looking to buy 4 normal sandwiches cut us off and wouldnt let us speak we didnt get past the bread selection. Terrible.

Aiden, keoni, Ozzie. Literally rockstairs. There was only these three guys in the shop. They had a line of TEN people. They also had TWENTY order slips print out just while I was in the store. I cannot commend their resilience enough. The way they powered through this so effortlessly, even though they were very obviously understaffed for such a hot day. If these three guys are here next time I come in, I know I can expect top notch customer service AND a great sandwich. Raises all around because, WOW.
Let me just add that at first it was only Keoni and Ozzie, Aiden CAME BACK in to help. All the people in line had other people with them, so not only did they have 10 separate customers, but they had 10 separate customers that all had additional people in their group and they still flew through this flawlessly. None of the customers got upset because they were talking to each of us and letting each of us know the situation.. I just really cannot say enough about these three guys and how they handled this situation, especially since I have worked food industry many years myself. They had to be so hot back there with how many hot sandwiches they were having to make on top of how many people continued to walk in as I was in line. CLAPS ALL AROUND.

I ordered a #7 turkey & provolone,a giant I tell her yes mikes way but minus the onion and add pickles,of course she didn't do so.i try calling but only get a answering machine for three hours finally I give up?
