When eating here I always have a difficult decision of tipping or not. Am I tipping the good food or the horrible service?

Disappointed, I drove out if my way because of the reviews on this location,to be extremely Disappointed, I ordered 2 sandwiches and both were wrong. My sister can't have peppers, we explained thus to them, yet onions and peppers were still put on her sandwich, I asked fir mine Mike's way, nit even lettuce was on my sandwich, I will NEVER return to thus establishment, but TY

There was a mixup on GrubHub, I drove over to try and stop the driver, but just missed them. Ladies took care of me, even made my mood improve when I was having kind of a rough day.
