Very slow, lots of gossiping by employees while working. There are 2 customers here (me and someone else) I ordered a sandwich with 3 ingredients, watched 'sandwich artist' take 3 breaks to talk to other employees. I tipped around 15%, and I wouldn't tip again if I come back.

This place was as to be expected. The food was great, the service was fast, and the staff was polite and knowledgeable. Parking was readily available and free. I look forward to enjoying JJ's again.

Had to leave a 5 star review just for the fact that the nice cashier recognized my Tokyo Ghoul mask, we had a small rant at the disappointment of season 2 and the need for a reboot. Oh but the food. The food was great, good fast service, can't complain! Clean restaurant, great ambiance!

Went in for waited over 7 minutes with out even a Hello, she comes to take my order and expect for cheese part they tell me I can not have cheddar and I walked out. This place is terrible service and people they have working could have been more friendly and not getting how I want it !! PAYING over 18 dollars for Lunch get the way I want it, I will take my business somewhere else. You just last customer!!!!

Wow. Incredible service by the two working here on the night of 10/7. Very helpful, very nice people. Wish I got their names but I did not unfortunately. Food was terrific. I eat a lot of Jimmy johns. I don't write reviews often but these two made my night and it prompted me to write a review. Owner if you see this, I hope you acknowledge the good service and hard work these two are putting in for the business. Thanks again!

The young lady on duty was very helpful and explained the new items very well. So we tried the new potato salad and it is indeed very good. She also suggested a new way for my wife to get a sandwich, so it is simple to order but still complies with her food allergy requirements. It isn't quite so plain as what she used to get, so she might want to get JJs more often now. Also, it was refreshing that I didn't have to complain about something because she read the special requirements and left off that item that I can't stand on a sandwich. Thank you very much!! I'm sorry I'm terrible with names, but we were there in the evening of September 20th, 2023, probably about 6:30ish. Order # 21292861125754881. Please extend our sincere thank you to this young lady.
