The lady that worked there for four years was giving a lot of attitude when we were just confused... we were trying to figure out why we didn't get a number 2 and why we had 2 orange juices but we looked at the receipt and saw there was a mistake and she didn't want to help fix the mistake.

It's right off the freeway so we stopped in on our way past town. An actual person took my order so that I did not have to use the kiosk. Thank goodness. 🙄 I had a special request, and my order was made perfectly. ☺️ Getting back on the freeway was a breeze. 😁

The worst service ever, I waited for over 25mins for a nugget meal at the drive thru, I had to get out of my car to ask for my hard earned cash.... Worst worst place.... I was so annoyed

Got a stale breakfast sandwich at 7:40am. Biscuit hard as a rock. Also, I paid for a Frappe which is $4.89. Was given an iced mocha instead which is less expensive and not what I ordered. When I bright this to their attention they decided to gaslight me into thinking I ordered wrong. I order the same thing every single time. I took the drink and said whatever but upon looking it up online and comparing the prices I’m fairly certain they didn’t move the buttons around. You could have fooled me if they were the same price but they aren’t.

The Sprite always tastes like pond water. I'm not sure if it's the ice or if the filters are not being changed.

Honestly the absolute worst McDonald's in this entire state. The food is the worst part, wether they're just messing up/missing&the double cheeseburger patties here are paper thin/overcooked/old&hard.Every other McDonald's have the thick,juicy,fresh melt-in-your-mouth cheesy deliciousness.The service is great with most of the employees, there are a select handful that are disrespectful and all around rude and unpleasant but aside from them the rest of the crew is great!
