Fantastic customer service. The only thing is they missed my order, I paid for 2 egg and sausage McGriddles, but got only the sausage (no egg). I found out too late while driving on the freeway.

Don't eat fast food much anymore but from time to time I do and they always have good wifi connection and what attracts me stop here but this location is not really my favorite place to be too many problems between the homeless and the cops it's pretty active and not really wanting any of that excitement

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! They didn't complete the order properly. When they were shown, that a chicken sandwich wasn't ordered plain and told what was initially ordered for the sandwich. They brought one to the table, corrected, but when it was unwrapped, it was sloppy. Poorly put together. Sauces and ingredients were spilled onto outside of bun. Wet and sloppy. The girls working were rude, like they didn't want to be there working.

The lady that worked there for four years was giving a lot of attitude when we were just confused... we were trying to figure out why we didn't get a number 2 and why we had 2 orange juices but we looked at the receipt and saw there was a mistake and she didn't want to help fix the mistake.

It's right off the freeway so we stopped in on our way past town. An actual person took my order so that I did not have to use the kiosk. Thank goodness. 🙄 I had a special request, and my order was made perfectly. ☺️ Getting back on the freeway was a breeze. 😁
The worst service ever, I waited for over 25mins for a nugget meal at the drive thru, I had to get out of my car to ask for my hard earned cash.... Worst worst place.... I was so annoyed

Got a stale breakfast sandwich at 7:40am. Biscuit hard as a rock. Also, I paid for a Frappe which is $4.89. Was given an iced mocha instead which is less expensive and not what I ordered. When I bright this to their attention they decided to gaslight me into thinking I ordered wrong. I order the same thing every single time. I took the drink and said whatever but upon looking it up online and comparing the prices I’m fairly certain they didn’t move the buttons around. You could have fooled me if they were the same price but they aren’t.
