I’m very disappointed with the way the baristas in here are so rude and mean. They have zero customer service experience. Friday morning was my last straw as this has been happening constantly! You have lost a loyal customer due to your unwelcoming hostile atmosphere. I wouldn’t choose this store if it wasn’t for its location and convenience. I would be traveling to the one on pacific hwy at least they have good customer service.

I was at the drive-thru for more than 20 mins and when I got to the window the barista was rude and mean. She kept rushing me too! It seems this store hate their customers and are forced to work there. I will not come back here anymore. Many times they messed up my drink and don’t talk to you for awhile after coming to the window. They don’t even open the store on time. Please, if you don’t want to work in there, find a job that better suits you.
