Hello.day time.orders are great. The food is hot and fresh ... night time sketchy area but still only taco bell besides the one by Walmart in federal way. Other wise its tacoma .... breakfast is always awesome. My kiddos get the same thing every time.

I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 classic beef cheesy gordita crunches and they gave me oil soaked chalupas. And no receipt. Done giving this location a chance

3 different times I went at this location there were missing items. I am a kind person so I didnt mind. The next time it happened it annoyed me so I checked my order before leaving the window and yet a missing item. Last night I ordered again and when I got home my 2 orders of cinnamon twist were missing. There were no cars behind me, and it was 1 am in the morning. So I assume it was slow enough that they would check the orders and items were in first. Feels like a scam practice at the fife washington tacobell location. Never ever going back to that location ever. You guys have to do better for customers. I feel ripped off and now I wont even get my money back.

Dont go here. They lie to their customers and dont know how to do their jobs, i was a manager at a fast food place before and could issue refunds and correct orders that were incorrect i dont know why thier store manager is unable to but he needs to be retrained

The staff suggesting upcharges on every item even when I said “no upgrades”as I ordered each item can only mean one thing: The franchise owners clearly have a policy of zero tolerance for staff not trying to squeeze every last cent out of you.

Skip it if you can. The bathroom is locked and they won't give you the code, they have to open the door for you personally and you can't refill your own sodas. You have to go to an employee to refill it. They're so busy most of the time they ignore you.
