Here is a review for management. The poor staff here is always seriously understaffed always huge wait times on the weekends, but what kind of restaurant can’t take an order for a pickup at a later time? Does it not help your staff know with extra time in advance to make an order for a certain time? Can’t take orders earlier that 30mins in advance is a joke. They can only take orders for food to be made immediately. No explanation as to why because they don’t have one. This place can do better and management knows it.

A decent restaurant for people visiting the casino with views of the highway and cars buzzing around.They have a variety of american chinese options . We got the hot pot and the rockfish which comes with the Cesar salad .The portion size was huge so be aware of this if you do not plan to take out your food.The food flavors were decent and the service was nice.This is a great place to have dinner or enjoy some drinks while at the casino.

We were a walk-in group of 9. I recommend calling ahead. The server was very nice, but we had some issues with who had ordered what. The price was good and the food was even better. Being attached to the casino, you don't leave smelling like smoke, although you well smell it while waiting for the elevator up to the restaurant. The views are nice and elevated, so you don't feel like it's right next to the highway. Worth it. Just call ahead for a larger group and be sure to check your receipts.

A bunch of us Boeing workers use to stop in here every Sunday but no more we watched some of the servers and management teams they seemed more interested in being on there phones instead of waiting on customers we seemed to notice that there were only a couple servers there that really did a good job we have decided to take our ample business elsewhere as this place really seems to be imploding !!! Steer clear!!!

Nice enough place, view of the freeway is entertaining. Service was a bit slow but got there eventually. Not the best Chinese food I've ever had, slightly disappointed.
I have dined there many times and have really enjoyed it, one of the only ""Real Restaurants " in the south sound.Tonight it was a total joke. Waited 15 minutes to order drink, waited 15 minutes for it to arrive, wrong drink, waited 15 minutes to send it back, waited 15 minutes for proper drink. Enjoyed appetizer, ready to order wine and dinner. Waited 10 minutes, asked for a nice glass of cabernet, she said she will bring the wine list, 5 minutes later she drops it off, 10 minutes later she asks what I want, I said a nice zinfandel sounds good, 10 minutes later she delivers a white zinfandel. I lost my cool and asked for the manager. Who appeared 5 minutes later, "sorry we're busy, but I will take the white zinfandel off your check " also tried to give me someone else's player card.Really should have tried to save the situation, incompetent management all the way. Can't see myself returning.

My husband and I went to dinner for Valentines Day. We have been there many times and our food ranges from average to excellent and same way with service. Our dinner on this night was average the prime was cooked more medium than medium rare. Our service was pretty slow and we thought the server forgot about us a few times. We will continue to go back because they really do have good food and service it just depends on what day you go.

The Ribeye was $$ 48.oo>>>Forty-Eight Dollars.And it was Very Tough. Very Tough. The Waiter Jesus was Great!! But the Steak was Tough.Emerald Casino used to have a Wonderful Buffet.But they closed it to replace it with some Sports Betting B.S.What a ? Disappointment.The Buffet was a Good Price.The Buffet was a Good Deal.$$ 48.oo for a Leathery Steak, is not a Good Deal.
