Amazingly delicious BBQ and perfect for catering. Family owned and operated with the matching feeling.
Vegetarian options: Get outta here...
Kid-friendliness: Great spot for kids but only if they are okay with taxidermy.

The atmosphere is really cool with all the animals. The food was really good the first time we ate here. This part time the cornbread was overcooked and dry. The baked beans had a bit more fat in them then they did last time and I found a small bone in my portion. The associates there are all friendly.

Mediocre barbecue food. Don't order the brisket, you'll be sorely disappointed; little chunks of beef instead of a nice slice. They slather so much sauce that you can't tell if there was ever a smoke ring from slow cooking or if they just threw the meat in a pressure cooker. The chicken was chewy, overcooked, and of course firehosed with bbq sauce. The baked beans WERE delicious, though. I threw the potato salad and cole slaw away. My wife said her pork rib was good, but the baby back ribs I had, while edible, suffered from the same overcooking and oversaucing that left them indistinguishable from every other piece of "meat" they served. The counter person seemed bored if not friendly. The inside of the place IS awesome, very much what you would expect from a BBQ joint. Would I go back? Not a chance. I know where to find better, cheaper bbq in town.

If you plan to do contactless payment order ahead online.
Located in an industrial area, almost has no business being there but there it is. It’s worth it. Small old school feel taxidermy everywhere on the ceiling. If driving through Milton and your hungry, make that stop.

LONGHORN BBQ IN AUBURN- I'm sorry for cheating on you. Way way way too expensive for nasty 'fillers' and eh! BBQ food. I ordered a 2 meat meal for almost $30-I got 2 gristle/greasy ribs and 'a' (yes, 1, not even a 1/2 of) chicken qtr. Gave my friend my cole slaw, corn bread and nasty beans. I couldn't get a french fry. It probably would have been gross frozen anyway. Left disappointed and hungry with a $80 bill...ugh!
Cheese cakes were glutinous nightmares that were also $38 (or $7 a slice) and looked like upset tummy chunks on the top. We got slices but I couldn't find one little piece of a raspberry just jellotnous goo.
Cashier was rude, unwelcoming and must not like the prices either :). It was a beautiful day so we sat outside with several others...No one came to wash the birdpoop from the tables, bring us silverware sets or extra napkins (we saw others got them (brought out for them eventually.) Let me say, save your money go someplace (mentioned above) and you won't leave disappointed, broke or hungry. I regret not taking a pic...too in shock to remember.

We went out of our way to come and get take out. When we got home the fries were not edible. They had clearly been sitting around and were re fried and given to us as part of our take out. Cost nearly 5 dollars and we could not eat them. Feel tricked because we likely would have gotten something better quality if we were eating in, but sending this low quality of food home with take out orders is nor fair. Obviously we will not be back.
