Counter person was giving attitude to other customers standing behind me about the restroom policy On top of the soda machine smells like it hasn’t been cleaned in ages Also the customer service was absolutely lazy slow and not even existent And the dude in the back was literally cussing in customer view😑

Food was okay, guy who gave us the food did not want to be there and it reflected in his service.
I spent about 10 minutes waiting In line get to the speaker of the drive thru, 10-15 minutes at the speaker waiting for my order to be taken, and then another at least 10 minutes at the window waiting on the LARGE CHOCOLATE Oreo Brownie Fusion Frosty that I ordered, and then was given a MEDIUM VANILLA Oreo Brownie Fusion Frosty instead.
I did get my food and drinks pretty quickly and was even handed someone else’s salad.
I asked for my 1 year old daughters kids cheeseburger to be plain, and they put a lot of ketchup on it and put old, cold fries in her bag with chicken nuggets too.

Okay so I went to this place I was in the Drive-Thru behind about four cars waited over 45 minutes. I decided to go inside waited another 15 minutes. I might be wrong but four cars in a Drive-Thru 5 counting myself and one day at the counter plus me doesn't seem like the place was that busy. And I haven't even mentioned how their food portions decrease every time I go there and their prices increase every time I go there. And to top it all off there was a gentleman that I'm pretty sure was high on fentanyl standing there rocking back and forth with his eyes closed right in the middle of the lobby with garbage all on the floor around him for at least 30 minutes while I sat there and are my lunch. I'm starting to wonder is it the staff that runs the establishment or is there any kind of management involved?
