I was initially hesitant to bring my family here due to some of the negative reviews, but I’m so glad we gave it a chance. We flew into Seattle and have been dining around while visiting the major attractions—and this has hands down been the best meal we’ve had since arriving.
The food was absolutely excellent—flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. As someone with dietary restrictions, I really appreciated the wide range of gluten-free options. Our server, Ryan, was fantastic: attentive, friendly, and very accommodating. They went out of their way to customize several of our entrées without any fuss.
This place truly exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a delicious, stress-free dining experience in Olympic National Forest.

New menu shows vegan options as well as vegetarian. Got the impossible burger and it was soooo yummy! Only wish it came with more fries - it would make the portion size great.

The only vegan dinner option was an impossible burger. Had that with side salad and it was very nice. The next day I wanted something different and the server talked to the chef who made me an amazingly good plate of roasted potatoes and assorted veggies. Kudos to the chef.

Creekside Restaurant at Kalaloch Lodge is a true coastal gem. The oceanside location is absolutely breathtaking — dining with sweeping views of the Pacific is an unforgettable experience.
The service was just as impressive as the view. The staff was warm, friendly, and attentive, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
And the food? Delicious! The elk burger was flavorful and cooked to perfection, the chicken entrée was tender and beautifully seasoned, and the Caesar salad with grilled chicken was fresh, crisp, and satisfying. Every dish was a hit.
Whether you're staying at the lodge or just driving the coast, this spot is a must-stop for a memorable meal with unbeatable views.

Crab Mac & Cheese lacked flavor.. and crab. Burgers were cold. Service was terrible! Server should consider a new job, not in customer service.

The foods are ok. Burger was overcooked from medium that we ordered. Not impressed on the taste. Great view and friendly service. We came in on the busy Saturday dinner. The waiting time is about 30 minutes, 40-50 minutes to wait for foods. If possible idk if you can reserve the spot earlier. If very hungry, you may order the soup. It seems premade so you will get it faster than the main course foods.

We have been coming to Kalaloch as our coastal getaway for about 8 years. We usually come at least annually, sometimes twice a year, to spend some time unplugging from city life. You can’t really beat a bluff cabin on the pacific ocean. We acknowledge the remoteness of the area. We have visited off season, in season, and shoulder seasons.
We have had both good and bad experiences at the Creekside Restaurant but we give it a try each time because yes, it is the only gig around that area. Here are some key takeaways from our experiences: -they frequently close the bar due to “no bartender” despite having a dedicated cocktail menu and featured drinks -sometimes we experience great service and sometimes we are made to feel like a burden for being there -they do not serve the patio…. But advertise it… -food and drink menus are MUCH smaller than they used to be -food needs seasoning, consistently -they can cook a steak correctly! -it is not the “vacation dinner spot” you want it to be -beautiful views -unclear communication across the voicemail, website, front desk and restaurant about operation times -dinner hours could be extended in Spring-Summer given the restaurant currently closes before sunset -skillet cookie is really good but undercooked sometimes
We hope to see Creekside return to (or get close to) its pre-pandemic operations. They used to have more menu variety, specials even, and felt more like a place catering to people on vacation.

Nice quiet place to have dinner and cocktails, the server was super sweet, we got the crab mac for started and it was delish, I got the beef tenderloin which was super good (I recommend asking for side of butter) the sauce that comes with it was not my taste, friend got the elk burger and it was so yummy. Dessert was delish we all finished all of our plates. Highly recommend! Little on the spendy side $$

Surgeu was awesome for mine and my girlfriends visit. Awesome view. Great food. Our crab mac was very watery, and not too great and Surgeu compd the item off ticket. Will definitely thra regularly visited place in the future for us.

The breakfast was good, the berries on the French toast are tart with a sweetness & blueberry cream chess tht I ended up scraping off. Everything else tasted great but 1 issue was my eggs came over - easy... I like my eggs Över Medium to where ithe tock is much more thicker, instead of being watery..!
