We stopped by DK BBQ in Forks and tried the brisket plate, which came with beans and coleslaw. The pork ribs were impressively large, and the service was very quick—they already had everything prepared. The setup is essentially a food truck with some covered seating outside.
That said, the place felt a bit overpriced, and the menu prices weren’t visible—they’re covered with black ink on the front chart, which was strange. Overall, it gives more of a touristy vibe than a local favorite.

Best homemade bbq ever. Smokey sweet bbq sauce. Perfectly cooked. Both the ribs and pull pork sandwich. Ribs had the right amount of seasoning. Fall of the bone! Smoked for 8hrs. Pull pork was soo tender and juicy. Beans were sweet and delicious. Slaw was crunchy and full of flavor. (Also Dairy free) Big portions. Great prices!
The 2 gentleman working there were super friendly and kind. My wife mentioned how she just can't find gluten free bbq back home and they gave her a bottle of their sauce. Made her day. She literally cried in the parking lot.
Must try while in forks! We will be back 💕

I was little suspicious of BBQ in the PNW but both the brisket and ribs were phenomenal. We paid about $40 for two plates, which were massive, we couldn’t finish all of it.
Highly recommend the coleslaw and potato salad for sides 🔥
We came right before closing and ordered the brisket coleslaw and corn. The brisket was extremely soft tender and tasty. And one of the cooks even came over to us and gave us complimentary fresh brisket right out the smoker. Great food and excellent and friendly service

Driving through town and saw this bbq place. Great guys making the bbq but this has to be the worst bbq I’ve ever had. Sauce was basically a Marinara, the meat was chewy and flavorless, and the smoke ring on the brisket was terrible. Don’t get me started with the ribs, that’s a whole horror story on its own

Slaw and corn not bad, didnt like anything else. They use pellet smokers so no smoke flavor on the meat. When you had a decent BBQ this will definitely disappoint.
One of the staff must have unfortunately dropped their belt into the lunch instead of beef brisket: dry and very tough!
Chicken and meats all served at room temperature which was unpleasant.

Great barbecue! Doesn’t look like much from the outside but the food is good. Meat was nice and tender, tasted fresh. Nice little stop if you’re going by Forks.

Ordered the brisket plate with beans and mac & cheese. I expected pull apart meat. Some of it was. Most wasn't. Flavor was fine. Not salty. Though a little salt would be amazing. The sauce reminded me more of a spicy marinara than a bbq sauce.
What's weird is that there aren't any prices on the menu. My plate cost almost $20.
