Ordered Mongolian tofu, it has no taste, no salt nothing. It's just fried tofu, onion and rice. Not satisfied at all.

I was shocked to find a vegan friendly restaurant in Forks!! Thank goodness for Golden Gate!! We pulled up and they had just opened so the large parking lot was empty! We were seated right away, and the server was very friendly. The atmosphere was cute and had very nostalgic Chinese restaurant vibes. We ordered the General Tso's tofu, Chow Mein, and spring rolls as an appetizer. The spring rolls were nice and hot and crispy. They had a good sweet and sour sauce to dip them in. The tofu was flavorful and a great texture. The chow mein was also really good. The portions were huge so my husband and I split the meals and had a full large takeout box left to go! The waitress asked if we were vegan while she took our order so this place is very accomodating and aware of vegans needs which is so refreshing! My husband and I both recommend this place if you are a vegan or vegetarian eating in Forks!Vegetarian options: There are tons of vegan and vegetarian options in a clearly marked section on the menu.Dietary restrictions: This restaurant is vegan friendly so plenty of options without meat or dairy!Parking: There is a large free parking lot right in front of the door to the building.

There were several vegan items even included on the Saturday Special menu! The waitress even went out of her way to ask if we were vegan when we ordered vegetable dishes. We got the general Tso's tofu, chow mein, and the spring rolls. It was greasy but delicious. Very classic vibes for Chinese food. The atmosphere was cute and quiet.

Happy to find somewhere with vegan food in Forks - was not expecting that!! Food was good - staff were friendly and knowledgeable about what vegan means which is helpful. We were able to customise the veggie fried rice to include tofu and remove egg, plus had the Mongolian tofu dish which was nice. Quite oily but that's expected with this cuisine

We were on a Twilight vacation and walked here from our hotel. The food wasn't bad but I found a soft wire in my Chow mein. Showed the waitress. She identified it as a piece of the scrubber, as if that made a difference. No discount, I should have walked out but felt insecure being a stranger in town. Very unhappy.

The world needs more men like the guy who runs this restaurant.A while back I stayed in Forks after a backpacking trip into Olympic NP, and ordered takeout from here because we all needed a hot dinner. Food was great, but several hours later I realized I'd left my wallet at the restaurant, which I needed because I was due to fly out of Seattle the next day. It was nearly 10pm and the restaurant had long since closed.I rushed back there anyway, hoping I'd find that I just dropped it in the parking lot or something. As I pulled up, an elderly man stepped out of the restaurant with a smile on his facing, declaring that he hoped I'd be back, handing me my wallet. Turned out he noticed I'd left it on the counter almost immediately but had no way to contact me, so he just stuck around hoping I'd come back for it. I tried to give him some money for his trouble, but he refused-- saying that he had paperwork to do and it was either gonna get done here, or on his couch at home, so it was no problem to stick around just in case I returned. What an absolute Chad.

I was so disappointed when I came in to the place although it is obviously filthy looking and a little sticky on the table with untrusting silverware... but I still gave it the benefit of the doubt and waited for my food...it was not at all the standard Chinese food.. it was just a plate put together like substitute products appearing Chinese food and if you do not know any better you may fall for the false and misrepresentation of the servings..it was so disappointing too when the portion you get for what you paid for and the poor quality isn't even there...to top it off when you least expect and tell yourself at least the best part may be the fortune cookies NO WAY it is stale!!! You leave out of there feeling ripped off and feeling sick and itchy wanting to barf the entire experience...I am not exaggerating...filthiest Chinese restaurant ever been and the poorest quality of food pretending it's Chinese food

This place is by far the worst I would not even call it Chinese food that I have ever eaten, it's a dirty place to start with, all the food was cold, old and stale, even the fortune cookies was bad.. if anyone says the food here was good great or anything else they are lying and getting paid for the review. Do yourself a favor and go get a burger down the road instead.. now excuse me I now am going to go barf it all up

This was the worst Chinese food I have had in a long time. The beef chow mein did not have any flavor, the meat was old and the noodles were bland. The hot tea was room temperature. At least service was fast.

Food was bland had zero flavor and was unbelievably over priced! I would rather spend $34.00 on prison food instead of there not so sweet or sour chicken!
