Great experience at Mocha Motion! Appreciated the variety of drinks and alternative milks available. Got the pancakes with blueberry compote and they were delicious! I accidentally dropped my syrup at the drive thru and our barista apologized and gave another right away. Super nice girl! Prices are also very good considering the state and that it's a small town. Coffee and Chai were the best we had so far in WA!

Had the spicy sausage English muffin and iced vanilla latte. Both were great! Very smooth coffee and not overly sweet. The sandwich hit the spot.
Don’t assume that because it’s a drive-through that it will be quick! Unacceptably slow and unprofessional service. We had only two cars in front of us, yet it took over 15 minutes just to reach the order window. Once we arrived, we waited another five minutes without any acknowledgment from the staff—not a word, not a look, just complete disregard for our presence. Ultimately, we left without ordering. A simple acknowledgment would have gone a long way to ease the frustration, but this lack of basic customer service was honestly baffling. This business needs to take a hard look at its service standards if it hopes to retain any customers. Very disappointing experience.

The cappuccino tasted like the milk was burnt. None of their loafs are fresh- all prepackaged and seem to be bought in bulk. The server forgot our cinnamon roll and acted like we were lying when we told her she forgot to give it to us. Will never go back.
