Very interesting experience - I’d not recommend this place to my worst enemies. They couldn’t accept Apple Pay but could accept credit cards? Upon providing my credit card I was asked for identification lol to prove that the credit card belongs to me. Is this even legal? She claimed we were near Port Angeles and there were many illegals. Lawsuit on the way maybe?? Anyway I provided my New York driver license. Americans are generally great but some folks are just messed up internally I’m guessing.

Awesome place to stop if you're driving through the town on your way to a nearby hike/park or honestly just in general. Food was varied and really solid. Like many places, they were a little short staffed which meant that the tables weren't that consistently clean (still totally fine after a quick napkin wipe) but the food came out at a totally reasonable time. Clean bathrooms. The soft serve hit the spot, though advise doing the chocolate dip instead of the sprinkles!

The 12th man combo for the win! No exaggeration, I ate the best burger I’ve ever had here. It was huge, warm, and so delicious. Service was fast and friendly, atmosphere was your classic diner feel. I’m not from the area, but I’d look for a reason to come back here for the burger alone.

Excellent burger and the coleslaw was top notch. They aren't leaning too heavily into Twilight theme, though this is where Bella and her father would eat. Hours a little strange, being closed Sun-Mon, short day on Tuesday. Need photo id for credit card.

My daughter has a disability. She was diagnosed years ago and has a service dog that went through extensive training and his vest is clearly marked. She drove over four hours with her daughter so they could enjoy an overnight spring break trip. They walked into this restaurant and the two girls standing at the counter did not greet them… in fact they did not even acknowledge them, but rather looked at them and turned their backs and walked to the back. They came out with another woman that very loudly.. loud enough for the other customers to look up to see what was going on .. told my daughter and granddaughter to get out of the restaurant with “ that dog”. My daughter told her he was her service dog and his vest is clearly marked. It is necessary he is with her at all times as he alerts to her disability. The woman told her and her daughter to get out. My daughter told her that it was illegal to refuse to serve them if she would contact the police. The woman laughed and told her “ good luck with that”. What was supposed to be an enjoyable evening ended up being a nightmare. My daughter ended up experiencing physical symptoms of her illness and my grandaughter who is only twelve spent the evening worried sick about her mother and constantly asking her if she was going to be okay. They chose this restaurant as they are both Twilight fans and wanted to have dinner there because they have the Bella Burger. What happened to them is unacceptable. UNACCEPTABLE AND ILLEGAL.

Just after 5pm, on April 2, 2024, my friend Alyssa, went to Sullys Burger with her daughter and service dog. Sullys Burger ILLEGALLY ejected her from the restaurant and discriminated against her based on her disability. When she arrived with a CLEARLY identified service dog (although ADA does not require this) two young women did not even acknowledge them and walked to the back of the restaurant. After a few minutes of pointing at her and conversing with someone in the back, an older women came out and told them to “get out, you can’t have pets here.” My friend, Alyssa, corrected the women and told the women it was a service dog, and it was illegal to eject her through ADA guidelines because her service dog is not considered a pet, her service dog is a life saving companion! The older women said “I don’t care, I don’t make the rules, the owner does, so get out.” Alyssa replied saying “this is illegal, the owner is doing something illegal” and the older women again stated “I don’t care, get out.”This reflects poorly on all of the Sullys Burger staff, as Three staff members were involved in the ejection of Alyssa, her daughter and her service animal. The owner was named as making the rule that NO PETS were allowed in the restaurant. The establishment needs to read the ADA laws and brush up on their customer service. They need to learn how to take constructive criticism from their customers and LISTEN to what their customers are well versed in. A service animal is NOT a pet. It is a life saving medical tool and companion.Sullys burger not only ILLEGALLY ejected a service animal, but they also discriminated against customers with disabilities by doing so. Highly disappointed and will be letting everyone know about the lack of compassion and customer service.

This business just illegally denied me service with my clearly labeled medical service dog. The woman claimed pets were not allowed and the sign on the door stated this, to which I told her he is not a pet but a service dog and it is illegal to deny me service. She insisted I had to leave the premises. Unfortunately the police department is closed currently but I will be filing an ADA grievance against this establishment.

Rainy day burger- double meat bacon. It comes with special sauce (mayo,mustard,relish). Special sauce is not over powering. The burgers have nice crust on them. Tots were crisp!!Burger was simple and TASTY!!! Wish I had a place like Sully’s where I live!!!
