Every time I go to the PX, I get the cinnamon sugar pretzel nuggets. They're delicious!! HOWEVER, they put less and less sugar evey time and that's really disappointing. I asked one day if I can get additional sugar and the employee said "no". If I'm paying for cinnamon sugar bites, that's what I would like to receive, not a cup full of PLAIN nuggets. I decided to write a review because I'm so tired of receiving plain nuggets from the store at the JBLM. I have been at different locations and they are full of sugar. Thank you.
No butter or salt. Not worth the money at all. And not warm.

They discontinued the $2 pretzel and I'm not sure why. I would come every Tuesday to get the $2 pretzels since the pretzels are already overpriced as they are. Very disappointed that Auntie Anne's would take away this amazing deal.

I refused to tip due to the girl with all the piercings and the girl with blue starring discusstingly and once I pressed no tip the girl with blue eyes said mmmok... and rolled her eyes at me. Be better specially in a military post.

Gross. First time at this px. The pretzels weren’t fresh. And tough. I got the bites and they aren’t really even pretzel. Legitimately looks and tasted like bread bites. And has a sour taste only ate 1. So I’m guessing their pretzel dough is old. But does not have the normal auntie Anne’s flavor or pretzel in general.

Went today at 4:15pm (LEWIS MAIN) and the white girl that served me with a nose ring did not have no MASK AT ALL..disgusted!!! I will be making an ICE complaint! I hope she was vaccinated and not get me or my family sick!!..the other works behind had their mask as well off and when they sow me they put it up but the girl with the nose ring did not NO MASK AT ALL!!..

Slow service, and cold pretzels most times I've tried it.But I'm writing this today because they refused to give a kid a cup of ice water. "Sorry, we only sell bottles".Not going back. Take your greed elsewhere.

I went yesterday afternoon it was empty..My pretzel was burn on the back and she was not wearing no gloves .. she touch the Register and the bag of pretzelswith out gloves .I thought you supposed to be wearing gloves when handling food or dessert ?..so unsanitary.
