What I Wonder

Staff can’t seem to figure out that there are 2 drive thru lanes… sat in the second lane for 10 minutes. Car in front was skipped 3 times. I was skipped twice. What’s the point of 2 lanes if you can’t answer in the order we arrived? L
Not to mention it’s extremely slow service and broken order board.
Yall just had a remodel a month ago.

Hours of operation for Sunday is incorrect. Unsure what time they close but it definitely is not 9 pm .

Staff is rude . Closes finding early because they are lazy and don’t want to work . When trying to order food through the drive thru they refuse . This place is hell

Not sure what it is, but I have ate here twice. Both times I felt horribly sluggish and not hungry even for dinner which maybe is nice.. 🙄. After eating I burped a lot and also felt very greasy. Anyway, the service is great in the drive thru.

Restaurant is very clean and employees are very friendly despite the heavy volume of customers. Order was prepared correctly and quickly. Food is Quite expensive for a Burger King.

The food was good; it was better than most fast food places. The wait in the drive-through was ridiculous! 2 cars in front of me and 10 minutes before they took my order. I actually started to move forward to leave but at that time they got on to take the order. Then the car in front of me was asked to pull over to the right to wait for their order, there isn't room to the right to let a car pull over and still let other cars get by. Ridiculous. I expected better on base.

We decided to get dinner here tonight so we could check out the new make over. Building looks amazing. That being said, the food quality hasn't changed. It wasn't freshly made, my chicken wraps were soggy from sitting and the tomato turning bad on top of the chicken. They got our order wrong and over charged us for extra things we didn't receive. We went inside to order because there was a line in the drive through. There wasn't any customers when we went in, so the mistakes can't be blamed on a large crowd. We probably wouldn't go back for a while.

This place is crap! Waiting in line in the damn drive through for an hour! Once you’re in there’s no way out! She gets on the intercom every 5 minutes and says good afternoon I’ll be with you shortly! They closed the inside, only the drive though is open, but just close the damn thing! Cause once you’re in there’s clerics through you can’t get out. Thanks for wasting my time and not allowing a way out around or a way to get through this crap holy

Just visited the newly renovated Burger King on JBLM Main Post and was really impressed! The food tastes great—fresh and well-prepared. The environment is neat, clean, and welcoming, with a much-improved layout. The staff were friendly, fast, and professional.

Definitely a solid upgrade and worth a visit if you're on post.
