They take forever ! Make you late to anywhere you are going. Do not go there if you are in a rush. I’ve been in line for 30+ minutes ! Also, if you get in line there’s no way OUT! Good luck. Mrs. Mary is the best love her.

In the past, I’ve tried to avoid Burger King entirely because the food was always mediocre and my stomach would end up getting upset. Came to this particular location because I was getting a tire changed and this was directly next door which was convenient. To say I was pleasantly surprised would be an understatement. The service was quick and polite, the food was fresh and the establishment was clean. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone who is considering eating here.

Drive thru was a poor design. Once you enter, you don't have a choice. Like was not any longer than youd expect during lunch hour. Busy, not any longer than the drive thru was long. Took 30 minutes to get to the order speaker, another 15 to pay. Food was cold and old.

It’s Burger King… who still eats here? Well at breakfast it’s 10/10 for value and quality. Service is good but slooow. Full disclosure I did order a Whopper Jr at 9am, which I appreciate that they let you order burgers, unlike that other place with the arches. 😒 Oh, the seating in this joint- Huge! Didn’t get any pics except the cinnamon rolls, was starving at the time.

The burgers here at Burger King at Fort Lewis are just to say the least, absolutely phenomenal. Just taking a bite out of one of their burgers that Burger King, you’ll see why they have been in business since the 50’s. The taste of the slightly charred, salty and juicy patty along with the sweet tomato and watery lettuce, your taste buds instantly become ignited. Their seats are incredibly comfortable and they have incredible views of Gray airfield. I would also like to add that their fries are a must have.

My first encounter with this Burger King was post-field training, using the drive-thru since the lobby was closed due to staffing shortages. Unfortunately, the wait was long and frustrating.
Fast forward to my recent dine-in visit—what a turnaround. The lobby was open, the staff were friendly, and the service was impressively smooth. Order taking was quick, and food prep was even faster than expected.
While I'm not usually a fan of BK, I have to give credit where it's due: their chicken wraps are surprisingly good. I tried all three varieties and recommend each one.
Only suggestion for improvement: I’d love to see them accept BK Rewards or allow mobile ordering through the BK app. That would make the experience even better.

Staff can’t seem to figure out that there are 2 drive thru lanes… sat in the second lane for 10 minutes. Car in front was skipped 3 times. I was skipped twice. What’s the point of 2 lanes if you can’t answer in the order we arrived? L Not to mention it’s extremely slow service and broken order board. Yall just had a remodel a month ago.
