Got to the first window and the young man named DJ is on the phone yelling at someone and not acknowledging me or my husband. He was literally threatening to beat someone with a belt over the phone IN FRONT of customers. So unprofessional and I didnt get my discount either. Giving the place more stars for the other experiences I have had here in which the service was fine and no major issues.

Costumer service -100. Drive through experience was horrible. The lady taking the order was extremely rude barking the total at us. The person at the window shoved the food at us and did not say a word. Went back in a few hours to order kids meal. The milk that came with it was spoiled. Went back inside and politely asked for juice because the milk is spoiled. The guy just handed me juice and did not say anything. Just because this is only of a few places opened on Sundays on base, doesn’t give the management a green light to ignore quality of customer service and food. Super disappointing ??
