Awesome if I could use one word I would use awesome, they were so nice me, I felt really bad cause stuff happened that day and I wasn’t very nice. You know I’m so sorry, and I hope they had a good day.

Apr 17- 2025 The person taking my order in the drive through cut me off mid order and said second window, wanted a drink with my nuggets. First off, i didn't get nuggets but some weird potatoe things that i just threw out. Secondly, if BK is too hard of a job to where you have to be rude to customers, you may need to re-evaluate life.

Woman in the drive through in the afternoon of 3/11 had the worst customer service. Didn’t bother to ask what size or if I wanted cheese. I couldn’t even get a word in since she was in a hurry to take my order and not a single car was behind me. She handed my order, blank face and said nothing, even after I thanked her. That employee needs to find a job she doesn’t have to deal with customers with that attitude. She looked just as miserable as the food she preps.

Feb 18 2025 got a breakfast burrito and hashbrowns and orange juice. Ended up with some awful food poisoning. This was the only possible cause. I hadn't eaten anything else in the time frame. Had to to the ER.

The heavier set guy that works the drive thru has the worst customer service. in my 3 years here i’ve never had a good run in with him. if you hate your job that much go work somewhere else

Always closes early and it has nothing to do with staffing. Why post your hours if it means nothing

The drive through employee took my order and ensured it would be correct. I went early and rushed back to work when I discovered they again did my order wrong. Wasted my money. There was no lunch rush. Tasted as if it was waiting there a while.

Manager was rude through the drive thru intercom and also in the window when he got my order wrong. Was upset to fix his mistake and was rude when I asked for what I ordered in the first place. Tried replacing it with food I did not want.On other occasions missed up our orders and trouble having them fixed.

It’s a Burger King on post you get what you get however in my 3 ish months I’ve rarely seen it open and when they were they had no burgers. A day or so cool but it was like a month of it. How does a place that has burger in its name not have burgers??
