Manager was rude through the drive thru intercom and also in the window when he got my order wrong. Was upset to fix his mistake and was rude when I asked for what I ordered in the first place. Tried replacing it with food I did not want.On other occasions missed up our orders and trouble having them fixed.

It’s a Burger King on post you get what you get however in my 3 ish months I’ve rarely seen it open and when they were they had no burgers. A day or so cool but it was like a month of it. How does a place that has burger in its name not have burgers??

They seem to be closed all the time when they should be open. I haven't seen them being open for weeks

Pretty much like any burger king out there.It's very convenient for all the Soldiers during lunch.They ain't got to drive out of post to get some food. The customer service is good.

The impossible burger is the best kept secret at Burger King. I have recently decided to no longer eat meat. The impossible burger was recommended by a co-worker and I must say. It was so delicious. I could taste the char-grilled taste on the burger. It tastes just like meat. The cashier/servers in the drive thru were very positive, timely, and professional. Very pleasantly surprised because I rarely eat at Burger King.

Beware, this place will steal from you. I ordered and paid for several items in addition to a combo. They didn't give me anything but the combo sandwich and a meager, half filled cup of "large fries." Oh and a huge quantity of napkins to apparently bulk out the bag. I tried calling on my way back to a slammed day at work but they just left me on hold. I went back the next day and they said the only remedy is to call immediately after this happens. I told them that surely somebody would remember having a bunch of extra food sitting on the counter, giving them the benefit of the doubt. The lady really oddly said, "yes, but you have to call." Does this mean they remember not giving me my food and even though I listed off the items they didn't give me they chose to, what, eat it on my dime and cash in on the calling policy? Meanwhile they don't answer their phone. These people are criminals and should be put in jail. This is obviously a racket.

So this drive threw is only one lane so you can not get out once you get in it so ur stuck. I order my food go to pay/pick up I didn't know the chicken fry's came in different amounts they never asked me when I ordered it so I get to the checkout and they gave me the biggest they could which my two-year-old will not eating nine of them then I get home to realize after ordering extra/heavy onions on my burger they didn't put any onion on it the onion issue they've done multiple times I asked them about it they said the buttons are small I pregnant but wants my extra onions

Great place, fantastic service.. burger and fries were hot and yummy the fries had the right amount salt and I couldn't stop eating them

I had a review about 9 months ago, same issue they never put either the sauce or dressing. Can't always check before you live because the line is long and you don't want to old it. All this food with no dressing or ketchup!
Why would you close at 3 in the afternoon? Makes no sense at all.

The drive through is even slow at 2PM in the afternoon needs new management most likely.

They close shop whenever they want. I specifically called to ask at what time they closed, they said 7pm, drove all the way there and arrived 6:30pm just to find all accesses, even the drive thru, blocked by orange cones. They were all just chillin in the kitchen.

Slowest drive through ever! And make sure you always check your order before you drive away. They never get it right and will always leave something out. Oh but they never mess it up in your benefit, which makes it all a bit strange.
