Tried to order delivery on base and the manager couldn't even tell me what their boundry was for delivery. I told them I was at the Candlewood Suites on the same side of base as them and they said they can't deliver to the the hotel.

Desiree , thanks for being so rude. I couldn’t imagine treating customers the way I was treated. My pizza was missing pepperoni, I was told “ not my problem” as I called in to notify a worker. Sad day

When I order late at night when my husband gets paid. Half the time it dose not get Delivered to my house and it really sucks.

My pizza is burnt. Very hard to get ahold of them with situations like this. They never answer their phone. I would like a free pizza because this is ridiculous.....

Okay so there were two problems on this pizza.The first one doesnt matter as much to me because it's only a "Cut". I ordered it to be in a pie cut not square but she mistakenly cut it in square. I was cool and don't mind it at all.But the second one happened when I looked at my order. I specifically requested "EXTRA" meat and believe it or not, Domino's "CHARGED" me extra for the meat. I was cool and decided to pay almost 2 dollar extra for it. But guess what, when I opened it, I saw it, I immediately felt super disappointed. When the dude asked the girl if she put extra meat, there was a second delay on her answer and she proceeded to say "Yes", even though I knew she probably 'DIDNT READ' the instruction clearly. She already missed the "CUT", it only makes sense that she would miss the 'EXTRA MEAT' on the pizza.I know I ordered it through a 7.99 coupon (ended up paying almost 11 bucks) but if you guys are so petty about a coupon order and Im complaining about the competence of the worker over something so simple, then you guys are better shut down the business. There is a reason why Quality Checks are required. Dont take night shift if it disrupt your work focus.This is the reason why I have been going to MOD Pizza for the past 2 months and tonight was the first time I came back to Domino's, and again only for myself to be so disappointed.

They messed my order up and offered me 20% off a pizza or 60 points and I opted neither one so it took me to the main page and gave me nothing. Do not use this place as they don’t care about customer service. They only care about money.

Horrible customer service managers were rude my food was cold when it got delivered I did not get a call or text to notify me even if it was contactless they always call or text horrible customer service and when I called to complain they were very rude and unprofessional this all the call took place at 8:03pm the man put me on hold then a women who was rude answered the phone

Order was delivered to the wrong house then had to wait over an hour for order to be delivered again. Person on phone was rude as well when calling about order not being delivered. When order finally arrived I was missing a pizza. Called the store and the manager had an attitude saying we only ordered one pizza without looking at our order at first then looked at order and gave us a credit. Never have had issues in the past like this.

We always pick up our pizza and never have to wait. They're always unevenly cut, though. They're usually okay in flavor. It's more like a once a month thing, but honestly the shopette pizza is better to grab.

Never a complaint on the pizza, had a mixup and called management due to them delivering to the wrong house, and they did not want to remake it and instead gave me a voucher for 2 pizzas. Clearly, a zero on management. So, from now on I go and do pick up.

The driver seems to get lost easily, considering most if not all deliveries are on base, I guess they dont read street signs? They can't seem to make an order right the first time at this store, and their drivers don't seem to check order's before leaving. The pizza tends to be cold and burnt by the time it arrives.
