They don't cut the bagels evenly. I paid an extra 70¢ for a Nutty Monkey on power protein and I open it up and they have so much Nutella on it that I cannot pick up my bagel..
The person making the food is pretty rude. I understand they're busy but just mumbling the order as you're putting it down with your back turned says that you don't care about the customer or your job.
