I’ve been back 3 times and yesterday was it for me. Yet again my American was watered down and Luke warm. An iced americano is so simple yet they always mess it up. There is always inappropriate music playing. The service is slower than molasses and the people working there are rude. I won’t be back.

I ordered a coffee that turned out way too sugary, so I asked for a remake. The barista seemed fine at first—she took my original drink, made a second one, and then tried to charge me for it. Like, you already made it! She wouldn’t budge on just swapping, so I just took the original drink. What was the point of all that? To toss the less sugary drink I actually wanted in the trash.

Thank you, ladies for going above and beyond and making sure our coffees were the goat.!!! Thanks for fixing our confusions. As a Vendor employee, I would have loved had the opportunity to purchase one of your coffees at the show Beyond wonderland. But unfortunately was denied to purchase because of your contract. Totally understand the business aspects but unfortunately There's no place to get coffee after a certain time from the general store. The one thing that people love to drink all day any day, and especially vendors this coffee! And your coffee slaps!!! Suggestion, maybe think of creating a food package for vendors & vendor employees to purchase separate ?. I know you can't do it for everybody but have a certain number like 150 extra persons to your daily quota. Do you deliver to Florida!??? Thank you for a wonderful coffee!

I went here during the weekend as a quick stop and I was impressed of the taste of the coffee. I ordered the one with lavender and white chocolate and I enjoyed it. The staff was friendly and would go here again?

They had all their machines turned off at 4:50 and couldn’t offer any coffee drinks. I’ve been coming here every night for a coffee and never had that happen before. Super disappointed.
Great service and coffee! Jalapeno bagel was lacking cream cheese and the jalapenos were stuffed in one pocket of the entire bagel...I wouldn't even sell these if I were them. They offer alternative milks, which is awesome!
