Worse DQ in Washington State!

I wanted to place an order at DairyQ, and when I walked up to order, the employee was on his phone for a long time and ignored me. Then, when I finally placed my order, he gave me a dirty spoon. I asked for another one, but he gave me another dirty spoon. The service was just terrible.

Terrible service. I had to wait a long time for my order. The man who works at DQ ignored me, then gave me dirty dishes and very rude.

Got a 4 piece buffalo chicken strip basket. I got 3 pieces with no sauce on them. No toast either? Very disappointing.

Yesterday I ordered a chicken strip meal. Commercials say $7.49. BUT THEY CHARGED ME 15.49. TERRIBLE

My wife and I stopped by here on our way to the Gorge and had the best experience. The two gentlemen working here gave us the best service and gave us all the sauces! This has to to be the best Dairy Queen in the country hands down!

We are in the Goldendale area to visit a friend and stopped by for a quick bite. The fast food is the same as back home in Marysville. This one squeezes too much catsup and mustard on the sandwich also. The place was clean, what I saw of it. Employees were friendly. Food was hot.

This location is maybe short handed but it NEVER CHANGES THEIR KINDNESS, IM ALWAYS GREETED WITH A SMILE AND SMALL TALK.

Only been to this DQ once, in mid-July of 2024 around 4 PM. The place was busy, especially the drive through, so we opted to go inside to order. The woman at the register, who seemed to be in charge, was very busy but was still extremely friendly and courteous. We ordered a couple ice cream items and watched as the crew worked on ours and other orders. Everyone seemed to know what they were doing and we got our order after just a slight wait, less than 5 minutes. Understandable considering how busy they were. In fact, the register lady saw us waiting and took it upon herself to check with the crew to see if our order was being processed. Really nice of her, since she was busy with taking orders herself. Our Blizzards were perfect and the cups were so full we had to eat some before we could fit lids on them. I read some of the other reviews of this store but they were nothing like our experience. I definitely recommend this DQ based on our one (so far) experience.

At this DQ on our way to Klickitat the prices were crazy high in my opinion. The slushies and blizzard treats were 80% melted so it wasn't that good. We did order a lot of them so I understand they were sitting for a few minutes. The flavor of the coffee treat was really really good though!
