Only been to this DQ once, in mid-July of 2024 around 4 PM. The place was busy, especially the drive through, so we opted to go inside to order. The woman at the register, who seemed to be in charge, was very busy but was still extremely friendly and courteous. We ordered a couple ice cream items and watched as the crew worked on ours and other orders. Everyone seemed to know what they were doing and we got our order after just a slight wait, less than 5 minutes. Understandable considering how busy they were. In fact, the register lady saw us waiting and took it upon herself to check with the crew to see if our order was being processed. Really nice of her, since she was busy with taking orders herself. Our Blizzards were perfect and the cups were so full we had to eat some before we could fit lids on them. I read some of the other reviews of this store but they were nothing like our experience. I definitely recommend this DQ based on our one (so far) experience.

At this DQ on our way to Klickitat the prices were crazy high in my opinion. The slushies and blizzard treats were 80% melted so it wasn't that good. We did order a lot of them so I understand they were sitting for a few minutes. The flavor of the coffee treat was really really good though!

Consistently the worst dairy queen I've ever been to. Fries are typically luke warm, chicken strips are rarely hot and crispy. Tonight the bacon on my burger was practically raw. Never going there again. I've tried countless times and it's the only DQ that I've ever had an issue with. Oh and their ordering speaker/microphone is a miserable experience in and of itself, and is the cause of a lot of order errors.

Absolutely the worst place I have ever eaten. Service took forever! After a 20 minute wait we got someone’s food. The order was completely wrong and not at all what we paid for. No leadership whatsoever! Avoid Avoid Avoid. Didn’t realize our order was wrong until we were 10 miles down the road. Never again.

My son went through the drive in there's was only one car in front of him. The car in front of him get there food quickly. My so had to wait over 25 minutes for his order. It was only three bacon cheese burgers an fries. We only live seven miles from town an by the time he got home the food was cold. I had to heat up the fries an try to heat up the burgers. For over forty dollars I at least expected my food to be warm not cold. Won't order from there any more. I can go to a restaurant and at least my food would be warm. Why would I want to try this place again. Last summer I bought two cones softies and they were terrible I neither my husband nor I could eat it. I knew better than to send my son there three months ago my food was cold . The burger was a mess looked like kindergarten tried to do it. Three chances an no change. Either train them better or get someone that enjoys what there doing

Unfortunately 9/10 times I go through drive thru, something is either missing or wrong. Either no fries, the wrong size, overcharged or wrong burger. As there is usually quite a wait (20 mins) and que when I go after work, I dont stick around to check everything is order, as they are often off back in the kitchen once it's handed over. We have started asking for receipts and don't get them. Unfortunately it's effecting how often we now come down - it started off every couple of weeks but now it's every couple months as best, as we know it's not going to be right, and we pay for more than we get every time. Losing patience in the hope it will get better and will likely just be avoiding it from here, as I can count on one hand how many times we actually get what we pay for and order, which is especially frustrating after the long waits.

Best place in Goldendale. Will stop many more times in the future. Thank you for the great and wonderful experience; it was super memorable. Wish I had my camera with me at the time to take photos of the quality food provided and the exceptional service personnel.

Parking: Bait and tackle shop was also amazing.
