Good old fashion fun. Everyone is friendly and always fun to talk too. Foods pretty good too!!! Hit them up for a good night of fun!
Was pretty wild when I made a simple call asking if they were currently opened at 11:30PM and that if I can purchase a pack of cigarettes from them if they were. Extremely rude response over a polite and genuine question. Not sure what on Earth I said to warrant the response I got it…you all claim to be a bar, I don’t think y asking for a cigarettes to purchase is that outrageous or call??
Top Hat is my favorite place to eat a good cheese burger or chicken wrap and play darts! The owner and all her employees are great people. Just a great place to unwind from the day. 🫰🏼💅❤️
