Seriously such a strange place. Walked in to the entire place empty and the employees jumped/scrambled to appear to be busy working. Went to order food: there’s a fridge next to the register on the counter and I asked for 2 of the juices and I was informed “those are ours, actually.” And I’m like “what do you mean ‘ours’?” And I’m told it’s their personal family beverages and not for sale (there’s no signage)???? Then there’s a portable A/C unit on top of the soda counter that’s on top of a rack that appears to have been taped to something in the ceiling? We spent a shocking almost $60 on 3 fountain sodas, a milkshake, a burger and nuggets. There’s large signs saying no refills on shared drinks and to not dump soda into the basin and a sign for wontons on what I think is the area for their ice cream? Apparently, you also can’t dine-in for more than a hour, they have a sign for that too. When we got to the car my husband even said “that was all very odd.”

Worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life. Absolute lack of empathy and totally rude. Was waiting for a friend in a nearby hair salon which had a broken A/C. So, went into Big Daddy's for a refreshing drink to wait. I was refused the ability to sit down if I bought a drink only. I couldn't sit and wait while I finished a milkshake and was asked to leave because I hadn't bought a full meal. I explained the situation and the person manning the restaurant didn't care. I don't care how good the food might be. Customer service is of first importance, and this place utterly fails.

So good! I had the Hawaiian burger, and my husband had the teryikai burger! We will definitely be back to try other menu items.

The best thing is the atmosphere and the shakes. The food is greasy and expensive, and the staff is not friendly (rude is a better way to put it - the guy that took our order acted like he would rather be dealing with anyone else, anywhere else).
We've tried this place 3x now hoping it would get better but it's not worth the money at all.

First time there and we ordered the #4 double and it was pretty good and pretty large.. we enjoyed it very much kind of pricey, but was kind of worth it and fulfilling.. I would post the pictures we took but I don’t see a option at the moment

I love eating here. Their milkshakes are my favorite and their burgers are always juicy. I don’t eat here too often because it’s a little pricey and greasy. Whenever I do go, it’s delicious 😊
