Waited in line for about fifteen minutes for my food. When I asked the manager if there was a discount for my wait time, he said no. No apology or anything for the wait. I told them I would help lower their 2.7 star review. Worst customer service ever.

Went in drive through empty lobby and 1 car ahead of me took them 5 min to take my order after the first car pulled up, I ordered a simple medium whopper W/Cheese meal no tomatoes and a 4pc mozzarella sticks, paid like $18 waited another 7min or so after paying at the window, my burger had tomatoes still and no pickles for some reason, 2 of the 4 mozzarella sticks were so old they were inedible the fries while they were fresh no salt, like are you kidding me how hard is it to just get a simple order right when it’s not even busy, I wasn’t given a receipt and the dude working the window had an attitude for whatever reason. This is the worst location I’ve ever been too. The only reason I didn’t ask for my money back is because I was simply too tired to return to the store and wait for lazy employees to do their very simple job, last time I’ll ever eat BK because the food and employees were trashy!!

Extremely slow! Waited well over 20 minutes. And for comparison and order was put in right next door at Popeyes and it was ready for pick up when I arrived.
We go here all the time! Every single time the staff has been exceptionally nice even when we are using coupons or getting free food from our app. The ingredients are always fresh and the food is hot even after I drive home. So what if it’s fast food! You can really tell that the owner and management really care for their employees and it shows in the the employees amazing work ethic and kindness. I just want to give a kudos to all that work there because the service and food consistently stays amazing far proceeding most dine-in restaurants. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Kid at drive thru window popped a pimple with a napkin an bare hands in front of us an didn't wash his hands after an also sat their for 5 mins with us at the window ignoring us not taking our payment or talking to us or opening the window at all just irritated our kid wanted something specific i was polite about my order.. I just drove away without the food or paying cause they didn't even open the window
