We go here all the time! Every single time the staff has been exceptionally nice even when we are using coupons or getting free food from our app. The ingredients are always fresh and the food is hot even after I drive home. So what if it’s fast food! You can really tell that the owner and management really care for their employees and it shows in the the employees amazing work ethic and kindness. I just want to give a kudos to all that work there because the service and food consistently stays amazing far proceeding most dine-in restaurants. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Kid at drive thru window popped a pimple with a napkin an bare hands in front of us an didn't wash his hands after an also sat their for 5 mins with us at the window ignoring us not taking our payment or talking to us or opening the window at all just irritated our kid wanted something specific i was polite about my order.. I just drove away without the food or paying cause they didn't even open the window

Food wasn’t good the chicken was soggy so was bread and the service was slow we ordered at 1:06 didn’t get it till 1:19 didn’t have product that was advertised.

I ordered 3 different sandwiches and when we got our food delivered we were missing 1 of the sandwiches I called them they said we put u in the book I said that isn't going to work it our dinner and now someone has no dinner he said well u can come and get it so I just paid all these delivery fees/tips and now I have to drive there what a waste of time and money I go get the sandwich and they didn't offer me anything like a free sandwich or to refund my money back or at least half of my money back NOTHING and the food is always cool
