I don't love how the duo and trio prices went up by 1.00$! The app still says otherwise.
SERVICE: When I asked the guy at the first window he just looked at me and went (uhhh ???) As the window closed half way then proceeds to take the order behind me. 🤣Ok whatever.

The service is extremely slow, at all times of the day despite how busy or not they are. My food is either cold or completely the wrong order. The staff is very dismissive and does not seem to care about providing a good service for their customers.

Me and my fiance have been coming to Burger King for years and every time we go, we usually have good made food, especially when Coma is working but these last couple nights we been going he hasn’t been working, but whoever has been keeps getting our food wrong and we would ask for our stuff fresh and it was never fresh anymore. Like it’s to the point where my mozzarella sticks literally are rubber cheese in the middle, which is not OK. This is absolutely ridiculous and I’m very disappointed in this company that even added 2.7 star rating they’re not doing nothing to fix anything around there.

Will never return to this burger king ever again. This morning I waited about 30 minutes for a couple of breakfast sandwiches and a large cup of coffee. When they got all my food prepared they informed me that it was going to be another 10 min had to make coffee I politely asked if I can get my money back for the coffee could not really wait anymore.then I spoke to the manager and politely express my feelings and saying I understand that it was really busy then she started to go on a power trip and escalated the situation then I got mad she then told to leave with out my food or refund I will never come back here again and hope others wont either if this is how management treat customers

They said this is because the filter is bad. Yet they are still selling it. This is a sprite.

This burger king likes to be rude and make people feel bad and less than HUMAN FOR PAYING WITH CHANGE at 10a.m. that's not like paying with $100 bill first thing in the morning, lol. This is why you people only have a 2 star rating. Grow up! Don't ever think it's okay to TREAT anyone like this. Who pays your BILLS !? PEOPLE WITH CHANGE. All of your employees are already getting docked hours for lack of customers way to make it worse. Lmao.

This is the worst bk I’ve ever been to. Drive through is consistently slow, average wait is 10-15 minutes, I had a pre order online and granted I was about an hour late picking up. The guy at the counter said he didn’t have my order and got the manager. She was rude and said the orders are gone after thirty minutes and started to blow me off, I told her I had been charged for it and she had to read my receipt three times to get it right and I still had to tell her what I ordered. She was pissed and practically threw my food in the bag. No apologies, just a here and walked away.
