I don’t know what management actually does in this place but they’re clearly not doing a good job. Wait times are absolutely ridiculous no matter when you come. Food is very hit or miss.I understand the staff are overworked and probably underpaid but I at least expect them to do their job properly.

I went through the drive-thru Sunday night around 9pm March 3rd 2024 and the crew inside were swearing and using the N word very loudly (bunch of white kids) with the jeep in front of me and continued the language when I pulled up. I had my 8 year old son in the car and he heard everything. When I was actually face to face with someone his service was absolutely terrible. Aggressive, short and rushed.

Is this place for real? Waited in drive through for 8 min, they finally took my order. Then waited for another 13 min to pay and get food. Food was cold and they got the order wrong. It’s so bad I felt like I was being trolled.

it's my 4th visit and this burger king never disappoints me. I always go here to get my son chicken nuggets and always ask to get freshly dropped nuggets and willing to wait if I have to. Surprisingly I never wait and always get nuggets fresh. Such a good feeling seeing my 2 year old enjoy his chicken nuggets, the fries are always hot and crunchy. This about to be the burger joint spot for my family whenever we need a burger run. The New wopper that just came out is my favorite, juicy and flavory, I say is better than the regular wopper. Hope they keep it on the menu forever Lines can be long so is the wait but we've yet to experience that. Overall the service is a 10/10, I understand that these are young teenagers most of the times we visit but they are trying their best and I love how they build good relationship with the customers, always serving with a smile. I've only been in the resturant ones and it was only because I didn't have my wallet and the drive thru doesn't take apple pay. So to my surprise how clean and neat inside this fast food store was, popped in the restroom to take a leak and it was so clean in there, can't remember the last time I've been inside a burger king restroom this clean. I WILL DEFINITELY TAKE MY FAMILY TO DINE IN THERE. Keep it up management team and crew. Customer Service ain't for the weak.

You've got to be kidding me. Place is ran by aurumentive teenagers with zero adult supervision. Ordered a classic melt meal. Waited 30 mins. Got a classic wrap instead. When I went in to tell them they gave me the wrong thing they said I ordered the wrap and that they don't have the melt when it is clearly on their menu as the main advertisement. 0/10 do not recommend, not coming back. Will go to jack in the box across the street from now on.

Line was a bit long but the customer service was above and beyond. Very clean establishment. Restrooms were nice and clean as well. Would definitely go out my way to grab a burger from here.
Awesome awesome job! From the cashier to the cooks being so quick to even getting some extra sauce free of charge! Also the dining area + restrooms were so clean! Immediately after customers were done someone was already wiping down the tables + seats! It was great! Best Burger King I've been to in a while! The staff was great and the service was quick my family of 7 is well pleased at how clean and simple it was to get a quick bite after a long day on the go. Can’t go wrong with the burger deals they have every now and then my kids favorites are the impossible whopper or spicy chicken burger. I am an onion ring girl the rodeo burger is my fave.
