Doesn't even make it as high as mediocre. Bad pizza. There are frozen pizzas that are better and don't cost $18 for some bread with tomato pasty sauce and a little cheese. Probably cost $3 to make.

Dominos went down hill really fast .. had a poor experience with this site .. I put my order in 601pm and website said 620pm then they finally sent it out for delivery 655pm .. got my order one hour after placing order and looks like it sat under oven the whole time

Our two medium thin crust were over baked. Picking up for a kids little party. Was hoping to pick up a few paper plates but they were unavailable or out. Biggest disappointment was the quality on the thin crust. We usually order large thin crust and haven't had a problem. Not sure what happened. Off day I guess. Regular crust pizza was perfect.

I ordered two large pizzas.. they arrived with no cheese. I took pictures and sent them to their email. They said they would refund my order. 2 weeks later I called back because it hadn't happened yet. They again told me they would refund my order. I never got my refund. I won't order from them again.
I’m a bit disappointed all around. I ordered a 3-piece chocolate lava cake with my pizzas, thinking $7.99 with a coupon was a great deal! Except the lava cakes are only $6.99 regular priced ? they charged me a dollar to use a coupon. I order three large one topping pizzas for carry out. Cheese pizza and pepperoni pizza were okay. The garlic Alfredo with chicken was incredibly lacking - the crust was very thin, and there was almost no sauce on the pizza. I’m pretty disappointed.

took over a hour on a tues for delivery when the website said 25 mins , website is not updated . If we would have known it would have took this long we would NOT have ordered it .. still not here as i’m typing this been over a hour .. when i called they said they only had 3 delivery guys … ok but then update the website . they charge a 7.99 delivery 30 bucks for a medium thin crust pizza and small salad that’s ridiculous ! just received it took 1 hr and 30 mins for cold burnt pizza

Consistently messed up order and poorly shaped pizzas. We ordered the regular crust but you would think it was think crust with how think the rolled out the crust. We tried to get them to correct our order that they messed up. They blamed us for ordering wrong. We showed them what the receipt says is not aligned with what we received and they fixed it. But this isn't the first time the messed up our order like this.

7/21 Customer service was excellent! Had a pizza come out with lots of bubbles in the dough. The employees were fast to make another one to replace it with no problem. Super friendly atmosphere. I really hope they get recognized for all the hard work and patience :)
