First time I have ever visited this location. The employees were friendly and made my order exactly as placed. I always ask for my pizza done a little extra and rarely actually get it that way. This time it was done perfectly. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a pizza place that is reasonably priced with friendly employees and good service.Parking: Great parking with lots of spots, however the parking lot is very very dark. None of the lights were working.

I picked up my pizza because of the terrible delivery costs. Don’t was hot and tasty and I would be a regular except I couldn’t get a small pizza with a thin crust! I always got thin in Lacey and I live alone so small is all I need. ??

Ordering an extravaganza with extra sauce got me a pizza with a huge bubble in the middle where there were no toppings and there was hardly any sauce. A subpar, dry pizza. We order from here regularly, but won't be back.
Do not order anything from here. Apparently, they think it is acceptable to have hair in their food that they sell. I ordered pizza and found a piece of hair as soon as I opened the box. When calling the store, they were very rude and said they couldn't do anything about it. They even suggested we still eat the pizza. Super nasty. This isn't the first time we've had issues with our orders, in the past we have been sent not cooked food and other issues. But, this time, actual hair off one of the workers. Super nasty! Do not order from here. If I could give it zero stars I would.

They are excellent at taking your money, not so great on delivering food you want to eat. Ordered two large pizzas and a pasta bowl. The only thing anybody would eat is the pasta... The sauce on both pizzas smells horrible and for two folks in the family (discovered the hard way) tastes worse. The smell / taste is like that of a dirty sink smell... which leads me to believe I know what happened but... the point is, trying to get someone to take action is pointless. If you order online the only recourse is through the same site and guess what, the only thing they will do is give you a free medium pizza or 20% next REGULAR MENU PRICED ORDER. Only idiots order at menu price, so that is useless and free medium pizza when I'm throwing away 40 dollars of pizza is.. bad. Fair warning, if you click the option 'neither of these options work for me' (or whatever the verbiage was) it cancels your complaint. LOL I recently had a bad experience at another local pizza place so thought to give these folks a go... should have heeded the reviews. They are absolutely not going to deliver you value. Stay away until they clean up their act (and stop using pizza crusts to do it) The driver was cool though... so there was that.P.S. I would not have flamed them here if they would just provide a way to get a refund. They can have the damn pizza back. Now you know.

Kaitlyn the general manager texted me about the delivery driver position and told me that it was only 10 hours a week so i said that isnt enough for me then that was it. I Am looking for a part time job while im in school and i get money for going to school, i found out how much i would be getting and it changed my mind about the position and texted her to see if the spot was still open. i have an iphone so it tells me whenever another iphone reads my text, which she did, i then went to see if the ad was still up and it was, so i texted again saying 'is that a no cause i still see the ad up" she then responds with ' we are a franchise and we always have the ad up cause we consider ourselves to be always hiring, but by your professionalism i can see you wont be a good fit for this dominos. First how was i unprofessional i asked a question and was trying to get a response. Second to question my character after 3 text messages. i work hard and i will not have anyone say anything about my character. Something needs to be done about Kaitlyn, cant believe she is a general manager. i am talking with my lawyer to see if there is anything i can do on my end cause im tired of people thinking they can get away with whatever they want

Honestly a decent place most of the time but i ordered pizza the other night and got a mushy gross patty in my box basically. Wayyyy too much sauce spilling all over. I called and they told me that they basically could not offer or fix it. So i went down there to show them and said i paid almost 20$ for it and with how disrespectful they were on the phone i ought to leave a bad review. And then they refused to fix it or offer any alternative specifically because i said i would leave a bad review. Terrible customer service. Terrible staff. Ive contacted corporate now.
