The coffee is great. Doesn't have the over roasted taste of the competition. The folks that work there are super peppy and friendly. (Probably enjoying the product. I know I would be if I worked there!)
This was my first time to Dutch Bros. and the my first impression was, why is this young lady standing outside in the cold to take orders, when there is no line?! She was super friendly and engaging with me and I just felt bad for her. I asked about this at the window as well and was told it is what it is. I had a gift card and this was the reason for my first and last visit. The coffee is average at best, bitter and watery.
I need this place in my life almost daily. The atmosphere of all the sweethearts working there make my day. I wake up hating to wake up and these guys and gals get me through my day! I appreciate this location!
