Refuse to take my order on a Saturday at 12:30 In the afternoon because they had too many app Orders come through and they weren't taking any more orders So I was told to pull through the drive through they weren't taking any orders at this time

I've been going here for breakfast using the drive-thru. Staff has been friendly, and food is hot. Yay! Price is too high though. The little sausage croissant is way too pricey/expensive!

I just went through the drive thru, and she wouldn't take my order because they had too many online orders they were handling. So apparently they can't handle any other orders. Absolutely ridiculous. No wonder so may locations are going under. Completely unprofessional.

Wanted to have dinner in the lobby but the place was locked. It was 4:00pm, ended up going to the drive thru, only diet soda was available and I waited over 10 minutes for food and it was cold. Crew wasn't doing anything but sitting in a booth..in the dark. Prices are scary high and awful service. I won't be back - ever.

Every single time I come to this Jack-in-the-Box whether it be in the morning afternoon at night periodically they will say they are closed for maintenance. But, they literally have nothing going on in there. If I were the owner of the store, I would look into it and see how much money they’re losing every day because of this.

This Jack In The Box is probably the worst I’ve ever been to. The employees here don’t care about anything and get annoyed to have to help you. Every time we’ve come here they don’t have a working soda machine. Today they told us they only have 3 kinds of soda all of them being diet. The lobby is ice cold, possibly so you won’t wanna sit in and dine. We came by last week at 7pm and the restaurant was closed. They had cones blocking the drive thru and doors were locked. We’ve come in the drive thru a few times around 9pm and they wouldn’t let us place an order in the drive thru and the lobby was locked. The employees were using profanity and the atmosphere was very awkward. The employees stared at us the whole time like they wanted us to leave. This place should be closed down. Save yourself the hassle and go to another location or across the street to BK.

I don’t think I ever been to a jack in the box were I have to throw away my food because of how bad it was . Got the spicy chicken sandwich tasted like plastic you couldn’t bite into the chicken the fries were mixed with old fries then new fries they had zero bacon or cheese for the burger according to the worker and no soda at all honestly really bummed

Dirty dining area, staff seemed annoyed when my family walked in. No one else inside. The lady who took our order was atleast friendly. Fries were hot, burgers were cold. Used the bathroom and they had zero toilet paper, but had a stack of dining napkins. Management either needs support or replacement.

Whoever owns this definitely does not care about this location, always understaffed always getting orders wrong. When this opened in graham years ago it was great but now its hands down one of the worst jack in the box locations you can go to these days lol.
