Quick and the food looks like what you see in the pictures.
I went to Jack n Box for breakfast. I came across a very very very rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful worker name Gloria. I was charged for buttermilk house dressing. So I asked why I was charged because I never been charge for sauce before. Remind you, she NEVER mentioned that I was going to be charged for the sauce. After I looked at my receipt, I asked her why I was being charged. She briefly mentioned that they charged for sauce. I told her I never been charged for sauce. She told me yes I have, I said excused me I haven't been charged before. So I asked her why she didn't mentioned it to me before, before you charged my card. Then she said I figured you knew. In the midst of the conversation she became very rude and unprofessional. I asked to speaker with a manager she lied and said no manager is there, it's just her. So I asked who's the manager for this location and can I have the number, she said no. Then she put her hand up and closed the windows. So I sat there. When she open the window cause i wasn't leaving, I asked for her name, she said I'm not telling you and closed the windows again. So after awhile I gentleman by the name of Jake came to the windows. I told him the situation and the rudeness I got from Gloria. Jake mentioned that Jack n Box started charging for sauce about a month ago. So why couldn't Gloria just say that instead of accusing me of being charged previously for sauce and i haven't been charge before. I like to get out good reviews and appreciations. I don't do bad reviews, however, I had to do one today because of the rudeness, disrespect, and the unprofessional customer service that Gloria display. She might can benefit from some customer service because her attitude was out of this world. Thank you Jake for stepping up to the plate and providing clear understanding.
Gloria in Graham WA showed excellent customer service by being confident, kind and smiling. Sometimes, it's the smile that helps our society.
My small grilled spicy wrap was excellent and had the right amount of diced jalapeños.
I ordered the new White peach infusions and the cans plus a little bit of food. Everywhere else was sold out and this was the only store that would let me place a mobile order for them. Unfortunately, when I arrived, they were very apologetic and informed me that they actually were sold out. As sad as I was about the drinks, I opted to switch to regular redbulls so I wouldn’t waste their time with a refund and they were still delicious. I woke up today and it turns out they refunded my order anyway! That is so unbelievably kind and I didn’t expect it at all. Thank you guys so very much ♥️🤍
I stopped by yesterday at around 10pm and got a grilled chicken sandwich with some fries. As I got home and was about to eat my sandwich I was unable to even take a bite out of the chicken, it was completely undercooked since it was still raw and frozen. I’m not the one to complain about my food as I completely understand that mistakes happen, but this was simply employees not following food safety guidelines. So please just be more careful on how you serve your food. Service was great, it was just the way that my food was served that really upset me.
Arrived at the drive-thru with 3 total cars ahead of me. The one directly in front of me was waiting to order (for quite some time) while the other 2 were waiting for their food. Once the car in front of me ordered, it was my turn to wait for a couple of minutes to order. Then all 4 of our cars were still sitting there waiting on food. It took almost 20 minutes from the time of arrival to get my order, with only 3 cars ahead of me and each car only receiving one bag of food.
I had ordered 2 orders of mini churros and 2 tacos. I received 1 order of mini churros and 1 2/3 tacos, no joke. 1/3 of the taco was missing. I thought maybe it broke off and fell into the bag, but it was not even in the bag. My guess is that when it was being pulled out of the fryer, it broke, and instead of making another, they simply gave me part of a taco. There was no cheese on either one of the tacos. So many Jack in the Boxes are going out of business around Pierce County, I would hate to see this one go under too. It will if this kind of service and quality continues.
I dont eat fast food much but its a good new place if you want fresh fast food.
This is the slowest Jack in the Box have ever been to. I have given them chance after chance, and every time I go, they are incredibly slow. I have waited 10 to 15 minutes more than once with only one to two cars in front of me many times. If you see the drive-thru and the line is short, it won't matter, and you will wait. The food is never that good either. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else!

went there a few days ago and got chicken tater melts, then go tonight and all of a sudden it’s an app only item? if it’s an app only item then how did i get it a few days ago? not my first issue like this with this place.

This place os a joke the hours show on there door that they close at 10pm and I was there at 930pm and they told me through the speaker that they were closed and only open to door dash...how pathetic can a company be just to make an extra 10 dollars

Worst fast food experience ever. I put in a mobile order. They got it wrong, multiple items. I called to get it fixed and was told to come back so they could fix it. I was also told there was no manager available because they quit. When I returned, I gave them my name as they requested I do when we spoke over the phone. They acted like they had no idea who I was. They refused to serve me because ‘were only taking door dash orders’, did not even open their drive through window, yelled at me, and flipped me off. I had to park and threaten to call the police and owner. All to get my order fixed. After sitting in the parking lot for 20 minutes they put my order outside the front door and made me come pick it up. I’m disabled and can barely walk. They continued to flip me off and laugh as I got my food. I will never order from here again. The two disrespectful employees working tonight 10/23/24 should be fired for their actions.

The food is always good but I will never go back. Every time I order there they screw up my order half the time they charge me for what I order but they can't seem to put the whole order together and the other half of the time they completely miss something I ordered.
