This is the slowest Jack in the Box have ever been to. I have given them chance after chance, and every time I go, they are incredibly slow. I have waited 10 to 15 minutes more than once with only one to two cars in front of me many times. If you see the drive-thru and the line is short, it won't matter, and you will wait. The food is never that good either. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else!

This store needs new management or something.

For some strange reason they've got rid of all their trays inside their dining room. So there is no here or to go. It's just to go even when you walk in.

This place os a joke the hours show on there door that they close at 10pm and I was there at 930pm and they told me through the speaker that they were closed and only open to door dash...how pathetic can a company be just to make an extra 10 dollars

Worst fast food experience ever. I put in a mobile order. They got it wrong, multiple items. I called to get it fixed and was told to come back so they could fix it. I was also told there was no manager available because they quit. When I returned, I gave them my name as they requested I do when we spoke over the phone. They acted like they had no idea who I was. They refused to serve me because ‘were only taking door dash orders’, did not even open their drive through window, yelled at me, and flipped me off. I had to park and threaten to call the police and owner. All to get my order fixed. After sitting in the parking lot for 20 minutes they put my order outside the front door and made me come pick it up. I’m disabled and can barely walk. They continued to flip me off and laugh as I got my food. I will never order from here again. The two disrespectful employees working tonight 10/23/24 should be fired for their actions.

The food is always good but I will never go back. Every time I order there they screw up my order half the time they charge me for what I order but they can't seem to put the whole order together and the other half of the time they completely miss something I ordered.

The worst customer service. You sit in the drive thru for 10 minutes before anyone says hello. Then you sit in the drive thru waiting for food another 10-15min. For your food to be given to you semi warm!!

We ordered 20 tacos from DoorDash and we only received 10. I called Jack in the Box and they said to come in and they will make it better. Not only did they give us the 10 missing tacos but they gave us 20 tacos and 8 cheese cakes and two drinks. Way to go Jack in the box employees!!!

Unfortunately, Disappointed ☹
Ordered online to pick up.
Picked up 11 mins after ordered.
Was really excited about ordering the "New Twisted Strawberry Soda" it looked delicious advertised.
Strawberries mixed with Sprite and Whipped cream with cherry on top.
I was was handed two small plastic drinks taped shut. They did not look at all like advertised. No whipcream or cherry. I broke one open and seen reddish pink pectin hunks floating around. It tasted and smelled like cleaner or even maybe like burnt plastic. I told the girl and guy working there twice that it did not taste right. I thought it was bad Sprite from there fountain.
I suggested to her, she should try it.... she said, it was made a 11mins ago and the cream went to the bottom just stir it up.?..?? had nothing to do with the chemical taste or what ever it was.
Ok, so I reluctantly brought them home these sad looking drinks and gave them to my son and friend. ☹ The first drink they were, yuk they taste like bleach? I called store and refreshed them I was just there and complained. He offered me to come in with drinks.
4.49 or more for a drink x 2, plus more gas going back to get something different,
never mind. Should of did it while I was there.
We seemed to always have this luck here. They are nice, just out there, costing customer $$$$.

Went through the drive through at 6:20 a.m. to get breakfast; window hour display sign and online hours stated the location opened at 6 but the employees inside refused to acknowledge us, even after we drove up to the window to try and get their attention.

Burgers are cooked when ordered with good meet. Real milkshakes!

Take out food is so expensive. Jumbo Jack without cheese and milkshake, a couple of coins shy of $20.00.
