I stopped at the drive thru at 11:41 am 8/31. I just wanted two jumbo jack cheeseburgers. There was one car in front of me in line. I tight she was taking a long time to order. They just weren’t taking her order. She finally drove to the window. I had to wait a while to order too.
I drove behind the car in front of me who was still waiting. She was tired of waiting and honked her horn. They came to the window and she said she wanted her money back. She asked what was taking so long. There was no one in front of her. They days her food was ready Anna handed her 2 bags. It was a long wait for two bags. I got to the window and it took a while for them to take my money. When the girl came I asked how much longer for two cheeseburgers? She said it won’t be that long I promise. I didn’t leave the drive thru until 12:03. That is unacceptable for one car in front of me. My food should have been cooked and done in the time the car in front of me had to wait for her food. I should have been able to go to the window, pay and get my food. But I had to wait.
I tried to call to talk to a manager after I left. I young man answered and said the manager wouldn’t be there until tomorrow. I said what is going on there? The wait is ridiculous. He said we only have three people working in sorry. I said well is there I supervisor? He said he was but he couldn’t do anything. We don’t have enough employees.
I could see the floor behind the counter from the drive thru. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a while. A sign on the drive through board said they were out of soda and only had water. A sign on the drive thru window said temporary hours 6:00 am to 10:00 pm. I’m sure because they don’t have enough employees.
I tried to call today and the phone just goes to voicemail.
This place needs to just shut down.

Would rate 0 if I could. Came at 1:40 on the afternoon and the dining room was closed and they were out of all soda only offered water. I’ve lived in Graham for 10 years and have been coming to this place a long time and it’s always been like this. I’m sure the reason is because the owner only hires part time highschool kids that aren’t properly trained. Also the prices are absurd 20 dollars for a sub par hamburger and cold fries with not even the option for a soda. Don’t think I’ll ever return to this location which sucks because I really like the tacos. Which is about the only reasonably priced item

Absolutely terrible. First time trying Jack in the box I was so excited. Until the food arrived. Not for me. After a couple bites I asked for a refund.

Last one in line, took order infornt of us. 1:30am told us they were closed!! All I wanted was 4 tacos, ultimate cheese burger, curly fries and 6 piece jalapeño poppers. This place is TRASH!!!!!

This is by 4th trip in and they always never have what I need 3 times over. First of all don't advertise something you don't have any longer don't be rude to your customers that you just failed. I won't be going back after this last visit.
I gave ya 3 chances and u lost me and my fam as customers

I went to Jack n Box for breakfast. I came across a very very very rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful worker name Gloria. I was charged for buttermilk house dressing. So I asked why I was charged because I never been charge for sauce before. Remind you, she NEVER mentioned that I was going to be charged for the sauce. After I looked at my receipt, I asked her why I was being charged. She briefly mentioned that they charged for sauce. I told her I never been charged for sauce. She told me yes I have, I said excused me I haven't been charged before. So I asked her why she didn't mentioned it to me before, before you charged my card. Then she said I figured you knew. In the midst of the conversation she became very rude and unprofessional. I asked to speaker with a manager she lied and said no manager is there, it's just her. So I asked who's the manager for this location and can I have the number, she said no. Then she put her hand up and closed the windows. So I sat there. When she open the window cause i wasn't leaving, I asked for her name, she said I'm not telling you and closed the windows again. So after awhile I gentleman by the name of Jake came to the windows. I told him the situation and the rudeness I got from Gloria. Jake mentioned that Jack n Box started charging for sauce about a month ago. So why couldn't Gloria just say that instead of accusing me of being charged previously for sauce and i haven't been charge before. I like to get out good reviews and appreciations. I don't do bad reviews, however, I had to do one today because of the rudeness, disrespect, and the unprofessional customer service that Gloria display. She might can benefit from some customer service because her attitude was out of this world. Thank you Jake for stepping up to the plate and providing clear understanding.
Gloria in Graham WA showed excellent customer service by being confident, kind and smiling. Sometimes, it's the smile that helps our society.
My small grilled spicy wrap was excellent and had the right amount of diced jalapeños.
I ordered the new White peach infusions and the cans plus a little bit of food. Everywhere else was sold out and this was the only store that would let me place a mobile order for them. Unfortunately, when I arrived, they were very apologetic and informed me that they actually were sold out. As sad as I was about the drinks, I opted to switch to regular redbulls so I wouldn’t waste their time with a refund and they were still delicious. I woke up today and it turns out they refunded my order anyway! That is so unbelievably kind and I didn’t expect it at all. Thank you guys so very much ♥️🤍
I stopped by yesterday at around 10pm and got a grilled chicken sandwich with some fries. As I got home and was about to eat my sandwich I was unable to even take a bite out of the chicken, it was completely undercooked since it was still raw and frozen. I’m not the one to complain about my food as I completely understand that mistakes happen, but this was simply employees not following food safety guidelines. So please just be more careful on how you serve your food. Service was great, it was just the way that my food was served that really upset me.
