You know I gotta say ...this place has changed. For whatever reason.. corporate... management.. whatever it was it's working. I'm here on 4-21-24 and just got my food and it was great... And has been for the past year maybe...so I decided to change my ( 1 star ) rating to a 5 STAR ⭐ . you guys have been great.. correct orders.. friendly and clean service. You guys deserve credit where it's due ??? I eat here about 2 to 3 x a month. I appreciate you guys for the effort.

The star level is more for the price of our meal. Inflation-smation.Service, however. WOW!!! I was so impressed I asked for the name of your employees who took care of my order.Bobi and Devon were most impressive. Very astute to how make our experience top notch. Smooth and accommodating energy. Therefore, I would give more like a 10 star lol!!Good work Ladies ...Parking: small shopping center, but accessible and reasonable parking.

Paid 16.55 for 6 jumbo jacks online...called to see about my order and they said it didnt come through but they kept my money and refused a refund. Had to dispute the transaction through my bank to get my money back. Avoid this location of thievs at all costs.

Had my card number stolen here on Easter through the drive through, the employee who did tried transferring hundreds of Dollars to their Navy credit Union account.Will be filling a police report on Monday.

This was a super clean easy to get in and out of Jack in the Box. The restrooms were well stocked and spotless. My food was made fresh and was super hot. My milkshake was delicious. Everything about this stop was enjoyable.

First time I have been to this location, the employees were friendly and got my order correct even with the special requests we made. The food was fresh and cooked to order. Overall the food and service was good. Recommend this location to anyone in the area looking for a quick bite to eat.

Everything was fine til we got home….started eating our food and realized my burger was hard as a rock?! And my whole order was around $60 and tenders were hard in the center as well and we had to throw that food away.

I was literally the only car there and it was at least a 15 minute wait AT the window....next thing I know the drive thru is full! They never came to the window to tell me that the food was taking longer. Or can you please pull forward or anything? They just literally stood inside staring at the screen it was extremely frustrating! I mean I Only ordered two meals.

DO NOT give this place any business. Went there this morning, ordered monster tacos, dude says we don't have that anymore, ordered cheesy chicken, we don't have that so ordered what they did have got to window, asked dude do u not like your job to which he replied do you not like yours why. I said because if how rude you are when speaking to customers you could say I'm sorry we don't carry that anymore at which point he told me to get out of the drive thru they weren't making my food. Was not rude at any point until he got rude and refused to cook my food. Clearly he doesnt like to hear the truth that he is horrible at customer service. He's the very obese greasy looking guy, nasty dirty clothing with a terrible attitude, should NEVER ever deal with guests what so ever and needs to be fired. Corporate needs to yank the license from this particular establishment just look at all the horrible reviews and I just experienced why no one goes to that one anymore.

Don't understand why they started frying the egg rolls until they taste and look slightly burnt? Even though I have expressed disappointment about it it continues to be a problem. Only one time they pulled them a little early and they still were a little over done but looked and tasted a little better. You would think them coming out black every time they would change how long they leave in the fryer. Almost fell like they are doing it intentionally. Now I can't even leave new reviews for all the new problems like I'm blocked after leaving one

The food is okay. It's fast food and it's made quickly, don't expect too much. The staff are friendly and are always busy. They provide a limited service after most places close and deserve respect for having limited staff and great service. Awesome job from the random guy at midnight.

Put a mobile order in, got to the drive through and of course there was a line. Waited in line for about 35 minutes for fast food. Got my food finally from what seemed to be the only employee working. Food was cold cold, my guess is they made it right when I put the order in before I pulled up and it was just sitting on the counter for 35 minutes.That's what you get for thinking ahead i suppose, cold food.
