This is the worst location consistently mess up my order but can't get ahold of anyone to fix it without going back its the closest to home so I've given them several chances and way too much of my money for this to keep happening good luck getting anyone to take accountability just an AI chat bot that doesn't even connect i wish the owner would reach out and offer a refund or Ill never be back

I can’t rate the food because I never got it. I placed an order, which the kind worker said it would be ten minutes for a new batch. She gave me a drink and I waited. After 20 minutes I asked for an update. Whoever was in charge left the one male worker by himself who was obviously overwhelmed. The kid was flustered, There was NO ONE in charge with 8 people in line. He offered a refund which I had accepted. If this was this my franchise, I would be very concerned about the investment. Yikes!!!!

I came in with my dad to order food for all of us and one the employees told us at the last minute that they didn’t have wings and that we came for that particularly (Wings) and if course we waited for so long! and we also waited for my tenders as well, that’s when she told us they didn’t have any. Wing. looks like we’re not coming here again. Like seriously. You could’ve given us a discount.. or something..

Last week: When your manager is walking around on the cell phone instead of helping, you have a leadership problem. The two staff were doing their best but had no help. Food is always iffy on quality depending on who's on duty. The value isn't there anymore for the quality you tend to get. If you don't fix your leadership issues at the store, it's indicative of executive leadership failure.

Worst experience ever at this Popeyes. I ordered ahead to save time, but it was pointless—I still had to wait 25 minutes while the employees behind the counter ignored everyone and gave no explanation for the delay. The food was cold when I finally got it, and the customer service was terrible. Staff were just walking around doing nothing instead of helping customers. Chicken was dry, cold barely any chicken just breading my kids didn’t even touch it.$60 wasted Definitely not coming back.

Food is great if you don't count the times you receive spicy even though you ordered classic, but never ready and takes FOREVER for everything!
Drive-through: noisy area so you barely hear from the traffic. They repeat, you repeat.... After you wait 20 min after 2 cars, you have to wait 15 min for the food... INSIDE: if you choose to go inside: angry customers waiting for their online order, angry employees .... Sad faces everywhere. I guess is the right place if you like to be surprised in the menu... That's quite the only option left... Just put what you can cook in 15 min and tell me what I ordered. Top 1 for SLOW-FOOD restaurant!

Update. I went back to give them the receipt and tried to get some money back, but the manager said that wasn't an option. So the offered to repeat the order. It was much better this time. All the chicken was much better.
We ordered a couple chicken sandwiches and a 3 piece chicken with coleslaw and red beans. They took sooo long to bring the food out, they were apologizing for taking soo long, because someone forgot to cook the chicken. Well we got home and the 3 piece signature chicken was not even in there. But they put in some horribly dried out chicken tenders. The red beans and rice was fine. If it wasn't so far to go back I'd demand my money back and give them their dog food back.

They are super slow. I waited 30 minutes for my food. They parked every vehicle that came through the drive thru. I had to repeat my order twice at the speaker and once at the window.
