Went thru the drive thru, ordered a pecan crunch oatmilk latte, the foam was not foamy it was bubbles and liquid like and there was no flavoring in my coffee. Just oatmilk and espresso. Tried to call the store to tell them about it and the phone number is not working.

So disheartening to be treated so poorly over asking for a water. I was working with a youth who was asking for water so I offered the nearest Starbucks as I’ve never been denied a water, ever. The barista was pretty snarky and said I had to pay for a menu item if I wanted a water. I declined and offered to just pay for the cup of water. When I got to the window they charged me over $3 for a bottle of water. When I asked if I could just pay for a cup (like an extra cup charge and just have them put some ice water in the cup) they defined insisted that I had to buy the bottle of water, but then still offered me a cup of ice after I paid for the bottle of water. Like what?! Are we actually treating loyal customers this way over a cup of ice water that I offered to pay for? Is this how to be kind in the world these days? We don’t know what people are going through so why not be kind and make things easier, especially when it comes to our youth. The water was for a child and I told them that. A child! It’s not about money, it’s about the way I was treated. Those baristas should be ashamed of themselves. I worked in coffee and for Starbucks for years and would never make someone feel so uncomfortable over asking for a cup of water.

Ordered my regular pecan oat milk cortado. The only change I asked for was one pump of sugar syrup. The lady who took my order got it completely wrong and rang it up as an oat milk latte grande instead. Not only did I get the wrong drink, but I was also charged for the bigger size and never offered a refund.
On the second attempt, another barista gave me a regular oat milk cortado- again, missing the pecan flavor. It honestly felt like they weren’t really listening or dint bother to care much.
I just wish the team had been more attentive and patient, double-checked the order, or at least corrected it properly- either by refunding or making the right (and bigger) drink for what I was charged.
Best hospitality out of any Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The gal who helped me was so lovely and accommodating and made the experience so amazing. I don’t usually go to Starbucks, but I would go back to this one!

The girl at the window she had messy laminated eyebrows and a ponytail with curly hair there was also a girl with glasses and a mask it was just them but eyebrow girl asked me if I wanted whipped cream on my frappe because she was rushing but there was no line behind us and she wasn’t helping anyone else and then she was unpolite while speaking with me and my grandma this isn’t the first time the other time she was unprofessional

This has to be the greatest Starbucks I have ever been too. The staff is great every last one I know they mix it up once in a while but I love to start my mornings out here before going off to this mad world of ours hahaha. The kindest staff I have ever seen.
