This store consistently sends out Uber Eats orders that are incorrect. I have ordered a hot drink with snacks via Uber Eats and multiple times the drink has arrived iced instead of Steamed as I ordered it. It is even printed on the sticker ‘Steamed’ — when I called the store to ask what the deal is they just blame it on ‘new hires’ … unless the new hires are illiterate I don’t understand why they keep dismissing the part of the order that says STEAMED.

I did reach out to uber eats and they have refunded me multiple times for the mistakes made by your staff. At the end of the day it’s not an issue with uber eats but it is an issue with your store and your staff. They don’t pay attention to detail. Plain & simple.

This has been an issue at most locations. I visit this location several times every week. Pretty expensive for a coffee, should be made to order... Simple easy wins and kind of a basic job duty. No foam, it's on the label, not hard to spoon off the foam, but almost every day it has foam. Starbucks should care more about the quality of the product then the "time clock" on the drive through. I'd rather wait extra time to have it made correctly.

Twice now these people have poisoned me. I've ordered a hot oleato latte with oatmilk and received something COLD with DAIRY FOAM ON IT — I am severely lactose intolerant. Not sure what the issue is but I will not be buying from here anymore. Extremely irritating and now I'm gonna be messed up for a week.
As soon as I walked in the store looked a mess the cashier has terrible customer service welcoming I asked for extra oat-milk she said I couldn't which is weird because every other store I have went to has allowed me to add extra milk to my drink not only the but the other workers were mumbling and talking about how I shouldn’t be adding extras blah blah terrible experience
