The girl at the window she had messy laminated eyebrows and a ponytail with curly hair there was also a girl with glasses and a mask it was just them but eyebrow girl asked me if I wanted whipped cream on my frappe because she was rushing but there was no line behind us and she wasn’t helping anyone else and then she was unpolite while speaking with me and my grandma this isn’t the first time the other time she was unprofessional

This has to be the greatest Starbucks I have ever been too. The staff is great every last one I know they mix it up once in a while but I love to start my mornings out here before going off to this mad world of ours hahaha. The kindest staff I have ever seen. This location is literally the only Starbucks I will go to, they have NEVER failed me. I’ve never been served burnt, stale or shitty shots. They are always pulled well, creamy and smooth. The barista’s are also always super sweet. They’re great at reading the room as well, if I pull up not feeling super social.
I’m a local coffee shop barista and can’t always make it into work to get my drink on my days off, so it’s nice knowing I’m so close to a Starbucks that truly cares about serving good drinks.

The crew at this Starbucks is inefficient and rude. They are unresponsive to customers and make mistakes consistently. I’ve walked in several times while several employees are standing on a cluster gossiping about something, when they finally decide to acknowledge I’m at the register- the employees consistently ask me if I’d like to order something??!?! When they make mistakes and it’s pointed out to them- they are defensive and wax poetic with some lame excuse instead of just saying “sorry, we’ll fix it.” It’s so very tedious being forced to listen to them. Just do your job right, friend. I recommend visiting the Starbucks across the street in Safeway. Going to this location could ruin your experience.

Was looked through when I came to the register, but the customer behind me was greeted as they walked in. Employees are greeted with a happy smile. It took a couple of minutes for anyone to even come to the register. No smiles, except for fellow employees. My drink also took quite a few minutes, even though I was the only customer besides the one behind me. Won’t be back.

This store consistently sends out Uber Eats orders that are incorrect. I have ordered a hot drink with snacks via Uber Eats and multiple times the drink has arrived iced instead of Steamed as I ordered it. It is even printed on the sticker ‘Steamed’ — when I called the store to ask what the deal is they just blame it on ‘new hires’ … unless the new hires are illiterate I don’t understand why they keep dismissing the part of the order that says STEAMED.

I did reach out to uber eats and they have refunded me multiple times for the mistakes made by your staff. At the end of the day it’s not an issue with uber eats but it is an issue with your store and your staff. They don’t pay attention to detail. Plain & simple.

This has been an issue at most locations. I visit this location several times every week. Pretty expensive for a coffee, should be made to order... Simple easy wins and kind of a basic job duty. No foam, it's on the label, not hard to spoon off the foam, but almost every day it has foam. Starbucks should care more about the quality of the product then the "time clock" on the drive through. I'd rather wait extra time to have it made correctly.
