The owner of the Graham Subway is one of the few owners choosing not to participate in the $6.99 footlong limited deal currently being offered at almost every other Subway location. Guess the Graham owner just wants to gouge Graham residents. They've lost our business! Guess we will drive down Meridian Ave to the Puyallup Subway which is more customer friendly.
I have visited this location since opened. Today was my last time. They have installed a new stainless cover preventing customer from seeing first part of sandwich prep. I ordered a 6" steak sandwich. The sandwich had a few shreads of meat not even close to the normal amount. $11.00 for maybe 1/2 ounce of meat. Ridiculous!!!

Sat before St. Patrick's Day. The place was BUSY. The place was CLEAN. Each person in line had atleast 2 orders. The guys back there were doing an amazing job keeping the line going. They were fast, friendly and got all orders correct and even asked if all were meals for an extra up-sale.Pricing is a little steep. Over $30 for 2 footlong and 1 half sandwich with just cheese and meat. Otherwise a great experience!Keep up the great work! These guys deserve a raise! :)

I ordered a 10$ steak sandwich and it was made about the size of a wrap. When I asked about it, they said that's it and did nothing to fix it.The first time I went here I got a bowl and instead of chopping up the meat and veggies like other Subways they just plopped it on and the kids went back to the back with no help. And the veggie sandwich with avocado had the smallest drop of avocado I have ever seen. I will not be returning here I gave them 3 chances.

The two gentlemen working when my bestie and I went in for a wrap and sandwich were extremely courteous and more than happy to help. They were both cleaning, which was nice, and one stopped to wash his hands and start our order. Both were telling us about the Subway membership and the perks that went along with it. Of course, we signed up! Our experience will keep us coming back for more sandwiches and wraps!

My husband went here on Xmas Eve and ordered 2 sandwiches to share with our grandbabies. We ordered 2x meat on both & got 3 slices of meat! But paid $40 for 2 sandwiches. I will not go to this subway again. Very poor customer skills. When my husband asked her if she used dble meat she said "yea" this is dble meat..?? really?!

We ordered online and the items didn’t come with all that was on the receipt. It’s annoying when employees don’t pay attention. I mean I get a veggie sub and there’s maybe 3 olives on it, not all the sauce and no pickles. I ordered with all that. I understand people get busy but paying attention to details matters.
