We tried Bon vinos the day before this place and 10-4 Cafe was way better! The service, cleanliness, turnaround, prices and food were all amazing. $10 for a breakfast burrito that was still hot AND huge? Yes please! Definitely recommend this place and if I ever visit again this is a go to.

This is not the place for service or food. Ordered a breakfast steak Medium rare. Came to the table well done. Server never checked back. After I ate my eggs and hash browns (eggs over medium came broken) toast (2;pieces of toast weren't toasted) and I mean I was done ....the owner asked me if I wanted a new steak!!!! 20 minutes that they didn't ask and was only a couple of customers there. They still charged me $12. Only had eggs hash browns and 1 slice of toast. No apologies, no discount. Will never go there again.
