I stopped in at Javi’s Chicken and Churros today, and wow… this place is a hidden gem in Grandview. The tacos were next-level—perfectly seasoned meat, fresh toppings, and tortillas that taste homemade. Every bite felt like it was made with care.
But what really stood out was the service. The team was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. You can tell they care about every guest’s experience, not just getting food out the door. That combination—flavor + hospitality—is rare and worth driving out of your way for.
If you’re anywhere near Grandview, do yourself a favor and try their tacos (and yes, save room for the churros). You’ll leave full, happy, and already planning your next visit.

Great food!!! The chicken has lots of flavor! Sort of reminds me of El Pollo Loco in California. The tacos are filling and the macaroni salad is delish! The only downside is the parking. Need to park in the back and either walk thru the kitchen or around the building.
Definitely try the doraditas with the side of asada fries!! Their birria is yummy!! I didn’t like their carnitas though. Ive ate here a few times and definitely come back for the asada fries!
The Grandview location is not what it uses to be honest dry dry dry chicken just close the doors.
They be taxin. But it's fire🔥
Everything is delicious. The Aguachiles are fire and literally 🔥 in the sense of spicy. The taquitos dorados were also good and the salsas made them even better.
My recommendation and if you look at the previous comments for the Quesabirrias that go with the asada fries, to offer Consume. Otherwise that can be good but dry.
To the owner, pay attention to the comments.
To the consumer, just request consume.
Everything was great!
The pasco store took over an hour to make our food. Food was ok, and they messed up charging the bill. Give them time to get their ducks in a row before going.

The doraditas are AMAZING! Pretty much perfection. My son loves the birria ramen. I can not wait to try more. The staff is always very friendly.

Went here on July 4th at about 2:30PM. I ordered an 8pc chicken meal with two large sides. I also ordered the Oreo churros. Everything was beyond delicious. It was about $35 total (including tip). The chile or salsa they gave us was terrific. It had a lot of flavor and was super spicy. The chicken also had really good flavor. Would go here again. The inside was nice and clean and the menu was easy to read.

When I order my asada fries they are usually stingy with the cheese but today they decided to give me the whole dispenser of cheese.
