This place is such a great snack after the gym the smoothies are great and the drinks really help out for rehydration and health benefits not to mention the service always such great energies and laughs even better part it’s literally a 2 min walk from the gym 🙌
This place is amazing! The girls are always so sweet. Thania is super knowledgeable about her products and very mindful of the quality of her ingredients. My go to is the Strawberry Pro with a full scoop of protein and granola. Never disappoints!
Best protein shake shop around. The owner and staff are always in a great mood and make the place welcoming every time I come in. The shakes are always 💯 and 🔥. My favorite is the PB&J - it never disappoints.
