Went to this store requested my food fresh to order, got in my car and got back on the road and only two out of six items were made fresh the fries and one McChicken I ordered two McChickens fries four piece chicken nuggets and double cheese burger. My burger was cold and the one of my bottom bun was burnt and hard my McChicken was cold and nuggets were cold too. I called to let the manager know that my order was wrong. Told me I was incorrect that it was made fresh I told him no only two of my items were made fresh the rest were cold and wanted to argue with me and the proceeded to tell me I was wrong and there was nothing he could do unless I brought the food back. Which I'm not gonna turn around just to have them screw up again when I know he can take my name down and next time I come through town they can remake my order. I will not come back to this McDonald's.

I was parked behind a car in the drive thru, the kid working the window dropped the food and demanded then customer pick it up??? You could hear what appeared to be the manager and the kid at the window laughing at the situation.. disgusting behavior

Got drive through terrible experience ordered a McCafe Frappé was off full of milk almost threw up 20 minutes later, staff told me to wait at the second window for my drink , 15 minutes later I had to call to let them know that I was on my lunch break and if it was going to take long, they then proceeded to hand me my drink that was off.

What has mcdonalds become. No one to greet you in the lobby, no one at the counter, you'll have to wait about 5 minutes to see anyone. Food wasn't bad, just a weird direction this specific franchisee has decided to take. Also, no refills??? Honest 1 star for this McD's.
It took 16 min to get 2 steak biscuits and one sausage egg mc muffin. Which wouldn't of been so bad but the biscuits were hard as rocks.

I go to this location many times a week in the morning for breakfast. Often, wait times are very long. The biscuits are often very hard, like they have been sitting under heat lamps way too long. 25% of the time they leave off cheese when it was paid for. The only reason I go to this location is proximity to where I fish.

I have never picked though fries in my life but they were so bland and burnt in some areas. Restaurant was a mess and employees were so rude. My husband waited 20 minutes and was walked by 3 separate times with eye contact they knew he was there. If I could I would leave no stars, they don't deserve it. Bad experience. as a former manger of fast food this is unacceptable.
