The staff is always so friendly and nice.
The food was great but it was the people who topped off everything. They helped me get my order that I wanted. Plus Papa Murphy has dairy free pizzas now and I can once again eat pizza.
Best pizza around my opinion
I ordered 4 pizzas at 3:00 which it told me they would be ready by 3:10. My son went to pick them up at the drive thru in Grandview. He rang the bell twice no one came to the window. He finally had to knock on the window to get someone there. He mentioned the bell didn’t seem to be working , the gal just laughed about it. While he was getting his pizzas a customer walked in. Instead of finishing giving my son our order she made him wait while she helped the other customer. Maybe these people need some training in customer service. Your phone doesn’t need to be in operation when there are customers to take care of.
