Food is usually borderline, this time mine was cold, dry, and tasteless, my pasta was wrong, so didn't even eat it, threw it away. Pizza tasted weird, oddly sweet, and my toppings were too, pizza was also extremely dry.
Usually a 10-15 minute wait for a pick-up inside as as well.

Company took away the complimentary crushed red peppers and Parmesan. Noticing all business aren’t caring about customers anymore and trying to get every last cent and dollar out of their next numbered consumer. If you have notice we are no longer called customers, we are called consumers and they consume more of our wealth and than we do of their own product because they are getting greedier and greedier. Makes me want to just make my own food and not go out to eat anymore.

Ordered on line to pickup on 6/12/25. Ordered 2 cheesy bites pizzas and an order of cheesy breadsticks. Went in to pick up order and greeted Not a hello. Ok, figured lady is not in a good mood, checking out she tells me there are a few questions to answer and so of course dumb me leaves a tip. She asked if I wanted a receipt and I said yes, she gave me my receipt and literally walk away to the back where she came from. No thank you nor have a great day. ZERO customer service. When was walking out the door I did yell have great day. When I got into my truck I was so mad about the treatment that I didn’t even think to even check my food. There was a girl waiting to get into the back door and I asked when a manager would be and she said the manager was there then and I was like oh hell no because If in the fact it was the manager who helped me then shame on her. Insult to injury our food was so horrible. You would’ve thought our pizza had sat overnight before I came and got it. It was so disgusting. And I never thought that pizza crust could be so thin that it actually had stuck to the cardboard of the box. The cheesy bites part of crust hardly had any if at all any cheese. I will never order from this Pizza Hut ever again. It was a waste of $60

My and my mom stopped in expecting a sit down restaurant. It was just a little small building. Not a big deal. The problem was our food. My mother ordered a medium pizza pepperoni Xtra cheese and Xtra mushroom. The pizza has little mushroom on it and normal amount of cheese. My mom is pissed she paid extra and not only didn't get it but they skimped on the mushroom as there is normally more mushroom. I ordered a buffalo chicken melt no onion . They forgot the buffalo sauce completely. Including the buffalo dip on the side. We also ordered cinnamon buns that don't seem to be cooked all the way through and kinda taste chemically. Very disappointed.

I went to the grandview pizza hut at approximately 10:45 am on November 24th. No one came to the counter for 10 minutes. I yelled to.the back and banged on the counter. At 10:57 a lady came up front and said oh that was your car out there? She was very rude and seemed bothered that I was there. I placed my order large supreme pizza, 18 piece bone in honey bbq wings and small breadstick order. Took about half hour to get my order. When I got home the wings were not bbq, but hot wings. My grandkids couldn't even eat them. I did not return to store because it is about 10 miles away.i will not be returning to.that store!

Grandview Pizza Hut had the rudest manager I called cause I found hair cooked in my pizza called and she kept hanging up on me then she told me it was fine I said what about my pizza she said that’s fine I said fine for who you or me ? I asked what about my pizza ? She said she would talk to her supervisor about the situation then hung up on me again must of calle 6-7 times and she continued to hang up on me
