Never been here and may not go again. Ordered a Barbie drink and got to work, drank majority of it until I realized after feeling somthing chunky come from my straw that a dead dried up bee was in my drink this whole time. ? the customer service was great though.

I apologize for leaving a negative review. I believe it's essential to share that I found a fly in my drink. It was unpleasant and unsanitary, and it could potentially make someone sick. The establishment can work on keeping the area clean to prevent this from happening again. I had higher expectations for a ~$7 24oz drink (of which I got 2). I'll try to get a refund in the morning since it's closed. I have a video of the drinks, a screenshot of my card transaction, and the date I went.

too pricey, they only give you rewards if you tip them, if not you don't qualify for your rewards even if you buy more than one drink. plus some of the girls could be so rude.

So I am a regular at Crave in Granger it has been a couple months that I have gone multiple times on the weekend and there is a blonde batista that makes my drink taste like water. I pay almost 7 dollars and have got better from other batista there I have since take the extra time to drive to another place when I see who is there on the weekends . But I really like this place. Just to sade to have to go some where else when I li e in Granger.

There is a new blonde barista who on multiple occasions has been rude, does not seem friendly, and made my drink wrong even after I repeated it to her when she handed it to me. I corrected her that she made it wrong and she did not offer to make it right and still had the nerve to ask for a tip.. this isn’t the first time she’s made my drink wrong as I am a regular customer. From here on out I will only be stopping when I see my regular baristas there.

This Crave is a lifesaver for me. I drive back and forth from Yakima to Tri-Cities a lot and on my return trip Granger is about the halfway point. Just when I am about to nod off I pull over at the Crave and get a delicious pick me up!
The owners are terrible people who have created an extremely toxic work environment; the threat of being fired over the smallest things is constant. Their drinks are much more expensive than any other coffee stand in town.
