As someone who has eaten at this location over 50 times over the last few years, this has to be the best Wendy’s in existence. Food quality, service, and speed is excellent. I started ordering online for a quick pick up and less chances of issues, and my order is right 95% of the time and ready within 5-10 minutes of my order. I normally don’t write reviews, especially for fast food places, but as far as fast food comes, this place is top tier.

Really one of the only locations that hasn’t messed up our order ever.
Rode with my girlfriend through the drive through and got some food. Placing the order went fine, paying at the window and getting the food was fine. while my girlfriend went into the bag there was chili cheese sauce all over the side and bottom and no napkins and my girlfriend got sauce all over her hand and arm. Kinda annoying but not a big deal, pull into a parking spot and she goes inside to get napkins. She calmly told the staff they should provide napkins to their guests in case a mess happens and showed them her arm while she went to grab napkins. someone did say sorry and they would start. As my girlfriend was leaving someone in the back distinctly yelled "get out of here with that complaint," which caused my girlfriend to step back in and address the issue sternly. The manager did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation, this is no way to treat your customers, whoever was on shift on 10/31/24 at 6:45 PM needs to be spoken to and reminded that customers are their lifeblood. its a disgrace that these are the type of people demanding 15$ an hour to do a subpar below average job.
