Homey atmosphere, good beer selection, great cocktails and above average pub fare. I like the hand dipped cod here but I tried my dining partners burger and it was also very good. Their desserts are out of this world! Bread pudding with a whisky caramel sauce and a chocolate pie with strawberry garnish are the two desserts I've had here and both were immensely impressive. Service is personable, attentive, professional and friendly. Dog friendly areas.
Wonderful food and service ! New favorite place! Excellent fish and chips, robust burgers, good variety of beers and great cocktails. The desserts are phenomenal! The whisky bread pudding and today we had a chocolate pie- a fat Tuesday special. Everything here from food to service has been excellent both times we've come. We plan on becoming regulars here now! Nice chef and he does kitchen wonders. Shout out to Jessica for great , personal service !
Corn chowder, brussel sprouts, garlic fries, cheese curds and the white sauce flat bread pizza were flavor explosions! Dessert was a beautifully dense three berry pie on Pi Day.
