It's perplexing to have a drive-through where you can't place orders directly. It seems they've converted it into a pickup line, which is slightly more logical but still confusing. So, the process involves placing an order beforehand to collect it at the drive-through. Yet, when prompted by the staff at the drive-through about what I wanted and after responding, I was told to either go inside or place a mobile order for drive-through pickup. This is illogical, considering drive-throughs are traditionally designed for placing and receiving orders.

The last 3 times I've ordered, the cheese seems to be missing. I shouldn't have to pay for extra cheese in order to get cheese on my pizza. You can clearly see only the pizza dough, no toppings. Very disappointed...

Off the top of my head, this is the best service I think I have had. I ordered pick up. When I ordered on the app, there is an option for the pizza to be cut in squares. I never had a pizza cut like that. So i decided to give it a shot. I was already driving in the area, so I showed up early to pick up the pizza. I walked up to the counter and gave them my name. The worker told me "Hold on, I have to get my manager from the office. She needs to speak with you.". The manager comes walks up to the counter and tells me "The pizza is done" (The pizza was done about 5 minutes early). She told me "I am so sorry. The worker is new and accidentally cut your pizza in triangles. So I am giving you a voucher for a free pizza the size of your pizza without having to buy anything." I stood there in shock and insisted that I didn't mind about the cut. She told me "What you order is what you get. We mistake made by us is on us. We want our customers leaving the restaurant with exactly what they ordered. If we mess up then you get get a free pizza of your choice." She was manager. The atmosphere was welcoming and clean. The pizza is the best in the area.Dietary restrictions: I remembered seeing gluten free on the menu online. You can customize your pizza with anything you need to avoid for allergies.Parking: The parking is right in front of the entrance. There was handicap parking and about 10 regular parking spots. There is also an empty gravel lot for parking.Kid-friendliness: There is a big chalkboard on the wall with chalk sitting out. I have seen kids writing on there every time I walk in.Wheelchair accessibility: There are no stairs and an wheelchair accessible curb.
This store truly has the BEST customer service hands down! No matter what the issue is your team ALWAYS take the initiative to make things right for the customer! I love ordering from this location & strongly recommend eating here if you love dominos that's always hot and customer service that truly cares about their customer's satisfaction! Way to go hoquiam dominos! Keep up the good work ? ??

I picked up my pizza the other day because you don't deliver to my neighborhood. When I got home, the pizza was not good at all. The crust was like cardboard, and the toppings lacked any pizzazz. We weren't impressed at all. We will order from Westside Pizza next time.
