Love their coffee however, they did recently stop giving you free coffee for a full punch card but they are good and they have another promotion

I have been a frequent customer, Go Dog Go has been our favored neighborhood espresso stand for several years. Most of the servers make good drinks, are personable and friendly, even remember our order! (You are the only reason this is not an overall 1*.)

However, this afternoon (Sep 23 @ 3:10pm) we stopped by to get our usual. The young gal maybe 19 or 20, who seems to be new (this my 2nd experience with her), asked for our order - an Italian soda and a breve - and began preparing it when I noticed there was a customer ready to pay in the window opposite, looking at her drink sitting on the window shelf out of her reach. Because of my first experience with this same employee - repetitively forgetful; not great at multitasking; left my completed iced drink on the counter in the hot sun, whip cream withering away while she made the 2nd drink (but I tipped her anyway because hey, we've all been new), and because I am trained in customer service and that's just not something you do, I said "just go ahead and take care of her first". She did, then asked again what flavor for my drink. "Which drink?" Then when she pulled out the 2% milk I reminded her that it was breve. Then she put a flat lid on and I reminded her: "whipped cream please". She became argumentative, "you didn't say you want whip cream". "Maybe not but I always do." At some point I mumbled to myself "here we go again", which she may have heard but that's no excuse for what followed. She had set the Italian soda w/whip on the window shelf out of my reach. It began overflowing as it sometimes does - chemical reaction. I asked her to hand it to me, she ignored me. I asked again as she put napkins around the spill and began railing into me - turning the tables, justifying her behaviors, seemingly contemplating whether, at this stage, she could refuse service. As my frustration grew and blood pressure rose, I paid her and asked again for her to hand it to me. She left it there, still overflowing, and took her time to go get my change. "Hand me my drink!" She handed my change. "Hand me my drink!" After a few beats she held it out. When I reached for it she pulled it back then finally handed it to me. Does she think just because: "We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone" it gives her the right to taunt people like this?! We just wanted some nice drinks (fail x 2), that's all, not problems. Her "customer service" was non-existent, attitude and extremely rude treatment appalling! This rating is especially for her, for ruining my day and to alert the owner.

America, in general, once had an international reputation for outstanding customer service. And yet, this is what it has way too often devolved into - employees who have zero concept that happy customers = their paycheck: no customers, no job.

Love this place! Whenever I lived in grays harbor we would go everyday for their coffee, the service is great and the coffee is even better, if you can give them a try.

Got drinks. All three of them were good. Their cinnamon roll was really yummy, had a good amount of cream cheese and it wasn’t overly sweet and it wasn’t too dense but also not too fluffy. Custer service is very gen z like and it was good. Our barista was doing the best she could between people. Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend.

Good little place on the west side! Came over for the ear side of the state for the week and this was the only coffee stand that was not only consistent but made quality coffee that wasn’t burnt. I’m a bit of a coffee snob and this place hit the mark. Bit slow as there was only one barista working but she was friendly and took the time to make good food and drinks.

I went through the stand today and my friend and I each got a lotus drink. Not only were they made extremely strong with to much flavor syrup I could hardly drink it, I got halfway home and noticed there were ants in my drink! If I lived closer I would have turned around and went back to complain.

My drink wasn't bad, but we got breakfast sandwiches, and mine was tolerable but not good. My girlfriend's was terrible, it had ham, and you literally couldn't bite through the ham, it was like a hockey puck. Must have been massively over microwaved. And the girl that was working there, I honestly was not sure if she was awake. She was either extremely hungover, or still drunk, or on something else. Dressed like she just crawled out of bed, and could not seem to open her eyes.

Inexperienced barista. I asked for a steamer and she looked at me like I was crazy. I described it is steamed milk with flavor added. She said “ya, then I add the espresso…” I had to explain no, a steamer does not have coffee. She said I think I can do that. Charged me about $6.75 for a 16 oz. Which seemed more expensive than their coffee drinks. With no coffee. Everywhere else sells a steamer for way less than the coffee options.
