My boyfriend and I stopped in while vacationing in the area. The beer, service, food and bathrooms were all excellent. Thank you!
We’d have not found this spot were it not for Yelp. It’s a bit off the beaten path on a quiet corner a block off of a main drag. I couldn’t quite determine what it used to be, maybe a machine shop or similar. They did a nice job preserving the rawness of the interior but the addition of local memorabilia warmed up the decor. We were in early and only the second table before dinner hour so the server/bartender was able to give us her full attention. I’m not a drinker so I cannot comment on that but my pizza was exceptional. Adequately topped and perfectly baked. Just enough of everything and not too much of anything—that to say the balance of flavors was excellent. We’ll definitely stop by on our next trip to the ocean.
First time to Hoquiam Brewing Company. We were a party of three. We ordered a build-your-own pizza and a spicy chicken sandwich. The pizza was okay, but nothing special. Our family member said he enjoyed the sandwich. The edibles were over-priced for what they were. The coffee we ordered was luke warm, even on refill. For $3 a cup, so disappointing. A fresh-brewed pot of coffee would have been much appreciated. Overall critique, we won't be back.
Ashley & Corrina were awesome! The Reuben was delicious, the clam chowder was great, and I didn't run them but the Husband loved the corned beef tater tots. Their corned beef is NEXT LEVEL
The best burger I've ever had! Fries are delicious as well. I enjoyed the saison to drink as well. I highly recommend a stop here if you are hungry!
Extremely disappointing, I got the "spicy" chicken sandwich for 20 dollars. Me and my dad went in and we are very understanding people but this was a huge waste of money and a big disappointment. The bun was stale and cold both the chicken was small precooked and not even warm and was definitely heated in a microwave. And what came with it 49 cent bag of chips from Costco. Just go to McDonald's for food.
Alicia is an amazing server. Love the service and atmosphere. The fish and chips and burger are fantastic!
Came in here for a little beer and service was amazing everyone was kind and the wheat ale was soooo delicious I ended up getting the chicken wings during happy hour and I didn’t regret it. They were perfect crispiness. Such a random small town and what an awesome establishment
I really like the atmosphere of this place. Every time I've been here, the server is always fast and friendly. I'm into apps so I always go for a couple of those. The beer is well crafted too.
A little overpriced, but the food is good. Good beers and usually good service. Be careful what you say out loud there. Employee, Skylar, should stop running his mouth about customers to other customers. It’s a small town. Will probably choose to take out or eat outside in the future.

Great atmosphere food was superb and drinks were perfect definitely coming back
Some of the best cider I've ever had. The food was delicious. Perfect Italian grinder with a nice meaty clam chowder. Fantastic staff. Really paid attention to the details. I'll be back.
I like this place!
Skip the food. Drink the beer. This would probably be a 4 star place if they didn't serve food.
My food was practically inedible because it was so salty. The fish and chicken were fried in the same oil so everything just tasted like overcooked old fish. The waitress said the fish was locally caught but, honestly, you would would getter better tasting fish from Gordons in the freezer aisle at walmart. Beer was actually very good, but the food and service were bad enough for me to reccommend eating at home before you're making a long drive around the peninsula.
Bierocks and beer! We stopped here on a drive down 101 and we must've come on the right day! They were having a special that paired four German meat buns with four of their beers plus a pint for $20. What a fun way to experience a new brewery! Everything was super tasty and the staff was nice. Good food, good beers, great prices!
