We’d have not found this spot were it not for Yelp. It’s a bit off the beaten path on a quiet corner a block off of a main drag. I couldn’t quite determine what it used to be, maybe a machine shop or similar. They did a nice job preserving the rawness of the interior but the addition of local memorabilia warmed up the decor. We were in early and only the second table before dinner hour so the server/bartender was able to give us her full attention. I’m not a drinker so...
First time to Hoquiam Brewing Company. We were a party of three. We ordered a build-your-own pizza and a spicy chicken sandwich. The pizza was okay, but nothing special. Our family member said he enjoyed the sandwich. The edibles were over-priced for what they were. The coffee we ordered was luke warm, even on refill. For $3 a cup, so disappointing. A fresh-brewed pot of coffee would have been much appreciated. Overall critique, we won't be back.
Ashley & Corrina were awesome! The Reuben was delicious, the clam chowder was great, and I didn't run them but the Husband loved the corned beef tater tots. Their corned beef is NEXT LEVEL
