The vegan cheese was a melted watery slurry on top of a soggy crust. The edges were ok but the middle was a wet mess. It might be better to put the cheese on top of the veggies. IDK but won’t be getting that one again! In the past we have had amazing pizzas here (by the former owners) so we will be back to try again. I’m leaving a public comment because the pizza baker didn’t want to discuss the vegan pizza and walked off.
We enjoyed the pesto chicken and the crust was on point! One of my favs in the area and will drive from Seaside to get!

I am embarrassed to write this. Zero Stars. Serious pizza crimes have been committed. An absolute abomination. Worst $35 dollars I have ever tried to eat. Rubber miserableness that can’t be called dough, not pizza….again, not pizza. No oven. No dice. Can’t even assemble a proper Caesar salad, what the hell kind of gelatinous nonsense are you calling that dressing? Wow. Boycott this place. So brutal.
Thank you Amber for going above and beyond to make my surprise romantic evening at the beach so so special. His favorite pizza in the world, my favorite place in the world. At sunset. Can't go wrong. Love you guys.

Due to other peoples rating we decided to try their Hawaiian pizza. Unfortunately the crust had absolutely no taste and the top was a little burnt. Tasted worse than cardboard pizza. Won't be ordering here anymore .

I Found the Best Pizza in the World in Ilwaco.
Just 5 minutes outside of Long Beach you will find the best pizza in the entire world. Finally, I got the chance to visit and I’m excited to share my experience with you.
Amber - queen of all pizza chefs invited and welcomed me, into her pizzeria to learn about her Lunch Special, her famous dough and the mind-blowing science behind the toppings that she uses. The fresh salad was embarrassingly delicious, with a dynamic balsamic dressing.
Amber and her pizza bring people from all over the world to Ilwaco – a town quite frankly in the middle of (beautiful) nowhere five minutes outside of Long Beach. Droves of people make this a mandatory stop to eat because of Amber. Celebrities, renowned foodies, simply everyone who hears of her can be easily convinced to make the journey and come here just for incredibly special pizzas.
You’ll find this pizzeria in the heart of historic downtown Ilwaco which is a lovely little town far from the busiest cities in the Pacific Northwest. It sits inside an old building from the 1900s which has been completely renovated in a modern looking style yet still respects the original architecture.
With a few different seating arrangements to choose from, Serious Pizza in Ilwaco, offers an ideal space to spend your summer evenings savoring everything gourmet while enjoying the fresh sea breeze of the warm season, sheltered by a modern structure.

When my father and I visited, the wonderful lady behind the counter on Weds night was absolutely cranking away. It was packed, she was hustling, and the environment, food, and overlal atmosphere was amazing. I am a pizza fanatic and I'd drive out to Ilwaco just to visit this spot again.

Dude at the counter with pink hair was frightening. Food was sub-par. Wait was ridiculous, as was the price.

Great people, delicious pizza, crazy expensive. Easily $10 more per pie than it should cost.

As my wife and I pulled into the parking we could smell nothing but burnt crust, when we walked in the staff was hostile and it smelled like I threw a pizza in a camp fire then took it off.
Pizza was very full of topping(+) , soggy (--), and a very thin crust: 1/ 8 inch to 1/4 inch, thin sauce, and burned some of th crust.
